Turnén drivs av TRAVELIST GEORGIA och kan anpassas. Turen startar tidigt på morgonen och i priset ingår transport, entréavgifter och guding. Lunch är valfritt vilket kan göras på en av de många bra restaurangerna i Kazbegi Kazbegi eller Stepantsminda är en av de vackraste platserna i Georgien på grund av mycket vacker utsikt över berget Kazbegi. Turen inkluderar besök på Ananuri-fästningen, så kallat "Vänskapsmonument" som faktiskt är en ockupation, Gergeti Trinity Church, Dariali-ravinen, georgisk-ryska gränsen och det valfria lunchstoppet.

Ananuri är en fästning på väg till Kazbegi och har vacker utsikt över Jhinvali-reservoaren. Två kyrkor med mycket vackra fasader ligger inne i fästningen.
Gudauri är en skidort på väg till Kazbegi. Vid behov är det möjligt att åka skidlift och ta sig på andra sidan ravinen där guiden hämtar gästerna och fortsätter vägen till Kazbegi.
Så kallat "Vänskapsmonumentet" ligger nära Gudauri på vägen till Kazbegi. Det ligger på Cross Pass som förbinder två olika raviner i Mtskheta-Mtianeti-regionen. Monumentet är faktiskt ockupationen och du kommer att få ytterligare information från guiden.
Gergeti Trinity Church är 1300-talskyrkan med den bästa utsikten över det 5000 meter höga berget Kazbegi.
Gästerna kommer till den georgisk-ryska gränsen via Dariali-ravinen. Klyftan erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över floden Tergi och bergen.

Zviad took my son and I on a custom overnight trip to the Stepansminda (Kazbegi) area. He took very good care of us. He took us to excellent places to eat and we stayed at a very nice, comfortable and clean guesthouse. He made sure we experienced the Georgian cuisine! We did a hike up to Gergeti Church, perched on a hill, and I felt uncomfortable about hiking back down the steep trail, so he found a driver for me at the top to take me down. We also did a gorgeous hike to the Abano mineral lake along the Terek River Gorge. He was knowledgable about Georgia and happy to share what he knew and answer questions. If you want to experience Georgia’s beautiful landscape, I recommend you arrange a tour with him!
Very interesting tour and pretty sites. It's a reasonably priced private tour which allows you to take your time at the different sites and enjoy. The tour guide was very friendly
We had an excellent one day private tour with Zviad. He was very helpful and knowledgable throughout. Not only did we have a smooth day, but thanks to Zviad, we even had a memorable lunch overlooking the Caucasus, tasting some local delicacies. This is a tour we definitely recommend as it's a day well spent. And if you get Zviad, you're lucky!
Absolutely incredible experience! My trip to the Caucasus Mountains and the Georgia-Russia border, organized through Viator, was beautiful . The breathtaking landscapes, with towering peaks and lush valleys, left me in awe at every turn. This tour is well organized with stunning scenery and lots of historical (past and current) learning woven throughout.
Zviad was a wonderful guide and also just a really cool person to spend the day with! The Kazbegi region is absolutely astonishing, and it felt like every turn in the road revealed an even more spectacular view than the last. Our lunch stop was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, and it was really nice to just take our time chatting and eating and watching the clouds drift over the mountains. We'd definitely both recommend Zviad for any tours—we're considering a second trip to Georgia soon and will hopefully be booking more with him!
Excellent private tour with Zviad and amazing chat along the way. We stopped at the Zhinvali Reservoir, Russia-Georgia Friendship Monument, Gergeti Trinity Church, Georgia-Russia border and on our way back to Tbilisi we stopped at Ananuri Foretress which was very fun to explore around and climb up and down. Each stop was unique in its own way. The car was also superb and the entire ride was very comfortable. Highly recommend this tour!
Busy drive but perfect scenery. Lots of stops on the road for photos, beautiful nature and tasty food.
Kazbegi is a very beautiful mountain town/village with very good views, fresh air, nice hotels, yummy restaurants. Visit to the Georgian- Russian border was nice as well owing to the beauty of Dariali gorge. Personal thanks to Zviad, my guide.
