Efter ett par timmars körning i nordvästlig riktning kommer din förare att släppa dig direkt i Riomaggiore, den första byn, som kommer från Florens. Här börjar du ditt besök i Cinque Terre
Efter en mycket kort tur med lokaltåget kommer du till Manarola, byggt på en hög klippa 70 meter över havet, anses vara en av de mest charmiga och romantiska av de fem byarna. Här får du chansen att beundra kyrkan San Lorenzo byggd 1338 i gotisk ligurisk stil.
Corniglia, en gammal romersk by som har en lång och rik jordbrukstradition. Byn är omgiven på tre sidor av vingårdar och terrasser.
Väder- och sjöförhållanden tillåter, och om du vill är det dags att uppleva den lokala båtturen mellan Manarola och Vernazza; På så sätt har du chansen att se Corniglia (den enda byn utan brygga) från havet. Väl i Vernazza kan du beundra den lilla hamnen omgiven av färgglada pastellfärger, den charmiga piazzan och det medeltida slottet, byggt främst för att skydda byn från pirater.
Med hjälp av det lokala tåget efter en 3 minuters resa kommer du till Monterosso, den sista av de fem byarna och den enda med fantastiska sandstränder. Stationen ligger i Fegina (den nya delen av staden) och med en kort promenad längs kusten når du, den gamla staden Monterosso dominerad av ruinerna av slottet och kännetecknas av typiska smala medeltida gator, carruggi, med multi - Färgade radhus och typiska restauranger för att smaka på ligurisk mat.
Möt din chaufför i Monterosso, och efter en 90 minuters bilresa kommer du direkt till Piazza dei Miracoli (Miracle Square), ett av de mest kända monumentkomplexen i världen. Ta en bild av det lutande tornet och beundra katedralen och dopkyrkan alla på samma torg, innan du träffar din chaufför igen för en avkopplande 1 timmes bilresa tillbaka till ditt boende i Florens

It was one of my most enjoyed tours! Everything was amazing! Donatello picked us up inside our hotel, and then drove us up the mountain and to the first town. While we were driving, he told us a bunch of information on what we were passing, and the cities we were going to. Then, he let us tour the city, and he gave explicit instructions on where to go and what to see. When we were done, Donatello picked us up and brought us right back to the hotel. It was an amazing day, filled with fun and adventure. I would totally recommend this to my friends and family.

It was a wonderful day! The sights are amazing! Mario was an excellent host. There is a lot of stairs if you don’t want to wait for the bus! We got to Pisa early and had the place almost to ourselves!

This was hands down the best thing we experienced during our stay in Italy. Mario was the BEST! Can’t recommend enough.
Putting Pisa as first stop was great. We were able to enjoy the place almost to ourselves as there were considerably less people. Cinque Terre was prettier in pictures than in real life. Vernazza was the highlight with the moderately difficult hike to the viewing point. Take this tour if you want to take charge of your itinerary. The only down side is when taking the trains, they are not usually on time from our experience and the train routes are not clear. The Italian staff are not also well versed on the train directions. The van driver should be able to communicate that from Manarola, the train usually takes you first to Corniglia and then you take the train from their to Riomaggiore. If you skip corniglia, it’s usually a longer wait at the Manarola station to take the train straight to Riomaggiore and then take the train from Riomaggiore to monterosso beach town as the last stop.
