Fantastic excursion We had an awesome day visiting Pompeii,the amalfi coast and Positano. Our tour guide Sarah did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable and fun. Our bus ride went smoothly thanks to our driver Antonio The day started at Pompeii with a guide who gave us an excellent mini history of the eruption of mount Vesuvius and its devastating effects on Pompeii. After seeing the ruins We then had a scenic drive through the amalfi coast we stopped and got limoncello. After the drive we had free time and we chose to go to the beach to go swimming. For those who don’t prefer to swim there are many wonderful restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this trip
The Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast trip was amazing! Our guide Patrizia was wonderful, very knowledgeable and funny - she really entertained us on the journey. It’s a long day - more than 12 hours but excellent value for money as you see so much. Sorrento is beautiful and we had almost 2 hours to explore. The limoncello tasting was fun despite the early hour (this was our first stop after a short coffee and toilet break). Pompeii is remarkable, a must-see. It was extremely hot but as it was afternoon by the time we arrived there was plenty of shade. Make sure to cover up and take lots of water if you want to do this trip in the summer. We had such a great day, I would wholeheartedly recommend this trip!
Excellent all day tour of Sorrento and Pompeii with our fantastic guide Alessandro, and Antonio (bus driver) who looked after us so well. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Well worth the fee as we had the best day out ever.
Parnian was a phenomenal tour guide on our day trip from Rome to Pompeii and Sorrento. She made the trip very enjoyable with her knowledge, patience, and humor. Francesco was an exceptional bus driver - he made navigating the narrow streets of Rome and winding roads of the amalfi coast look easy. I highly recommend this tour and this team!
Rob did a very nice job on the bus, sharing history, food, explanatins, etc. Driver was great. At Pompeii, Enzo did an absolutely amazing job immersing us into the past. Everyone was great, but Enzo was truly special. His knowledge and personal history with Pompeii truly made the trip special. We highly recommend this tour. Paul & Laurie
Less sightseeing time than advertised, which significantly reduced the time available to explore the destinations that were the main reason I booked this excursion. There were no significant traffic issues, road closures or adverse weather conditions to explain the shortfall. I also informed the tour guide before departure that I suffer from motion sickness and had arrived an hour early specifically to secure a seat near the front of the coach. Although passengers were initially told not to change seats, later in the day other guests did so and I was then asked, in front of the entire coach, to move to the back. This was uncomfortable and embarrassing, particularly given that I had already explained my medical reason for sitting at the front. The scenery itself is beautiful, but I chose this tour based on the advertised itinerary, and unfortunately the experience I received did not match those expectations.

Lots of info given on route. Very happy and friendly guide which made the coach journey go quicker. Sorento is stunning and I will go back and spend a few days there. I would recommend not to buy anything at the Limoncino factory as much cheaper in Sorento. What did sadden me was how we were talked into buying pizza & drink for €18 after our visit to Pompeii as this would be made quickly and not have to wait for a long time and miss the coach. However, their menu stated the margarita pizza was only €6 so she profited over €400 from our coach. She even hurried us from the shop within the Pompeii site and advised us that the pizza place had a souvenir shop but it was very limited in what it sold and therefore I didnt manage to get a nice souvenir of Pompeii. We then listened to a dreary conversation to how they pay 70% in tax and the hardship of living in Rome but I was still annoyed about the scam with the pizzas so I didnt give a tip.
Pompei is a sobering piece of history showing us how quickly life can end. And with a stop in Sorrento, how beautiful life can be.
Very good experience. We did Pompei and Positano. Our tour guide Ericca was amazing. Very very knowledgeable and willing to share all the info on the way! Trip was comfortable in AC coach. Pompei was thorough with it's own local guide and it was awesome. There were enough pit stops arranged throughout the day. Very Organized. I would have loved Positano to be longer, since we only had one hour down at the beach, before we had to head up to the meeting point, but it was good. It was fun to look around, eat something, shop a bit. Loved the limoncello stop as well, for a beautiful photo.
