Wonderful and fun class. Small enough so everyone got attention, but with enough people to make it fun. Pizza dough making was easier than I expected, and the final product was delicious. Great gelato too. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable experience for any age! Chef Lisa was fun, informative, and encouraging. No need to be a cook to enjoy this experience. Small class size …. Allows for Q& A with chef. Class is interactive. Be prepared to feed your soul & your belly!

Lisa taught our whole family how to make pizza and gelato and gave us some great tips for how to spot the best gelaterias. She was an incredible teacher and made the experience so much fun! Highly recommend!!

What a fun tour! Chef Jon was fantastic. Pizza was authentic and gelato was divine! 100% recommend. I would definitely do this tour again if I return to Florence.

The class was very fun! Since we were sitting in the kitchen it did get very warm. Other than that it was super nice and the food was delicious!

This class is so much fun! It takes place at a small farm just outside of Florence. Our experience started with wine, beer and snacks with introductions by our tour leaders Gloria, Tizzius, and Thomas. From there we went to gelato making led by Gloria. She did a great job of explaining the process and helping everyone in the group pick their own flavor and prepare gelato from scratch. While the gelato was freezing Thomas and Tizzius teamed up to show us the secrets of pizza making. We prepared our own dough and sauce. Then everyone got to shape their pizza and pick their own toppings. The adventure is capped off with a great dinner where we got to know our class mates and enjoyed our pizza and gelato. Plenty of wine and beer throughout the class.
