This was the highlight of our 18-day trip to Italy! It was so much fun, and our nine-year-old loved it. As an adult, I loved the (virtually) unlimited wine! Stop searching. Book this!!
Alice was such a wonderful teacher! She was warm and welcoming. My whole family enjoyed the chance to make pasta and tiramisu together. The kids decided it was the best ravioli they have ever had ❤️. Great memories were made.
Melina was full of energy. She is kind and sweet while guiding you through the process of pasta and tiramisu. She was very knowledgeable and a great teacher
What an amazing experience! My husband, my 14-year-old daughter, and I chose this class for our last day in Italy, and it was the perfect way to immerse ourselves in the culture while escaping the heat. It ended up being everyone's favorite activity of the entire trip. The class was fun, engaging, and relaxing. We learned so much, shared plenty of laughs, enjoyed the company of the other participants, and made delicious food from scratch. Pair that with great wine, and it was an unforgettable experience. We left with wonderful memories, new skills, and a deeper appreciation for Italian cuisine and hospitality. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Venice!

Great chefs. Fun to work with. Tiramisu was easy and delicious. Ravioli was slightly more complicated but fun to make and eat.

We booked the class because it was a maximum of 12 and we had a large group. We also opted to bring three extra people which we reached out and confirmed various times on Viator. Upon arriving at class there were 11 people on top of our group. It was not a small group at all. I was also told that even though my group had various emails about our extra people that I’d have to pay 180 Euros extra for the two children even though they didn’t really have seats for them and we would be sharing stations. This is not what Viator wrote to me. The class was not up to par with usual viator booking or cooking classes. I have never given an under 5 star review but this class didn’t have the upbeat fun you want in a class and was too packed, very hot, and just ok. The one teacher was fun and upbeat while the other was a bit demeaning. I’d def say there are better restaurants to have a cooking class then Taverna Travis’s and would pass on booking this again.
Fun afternoon with the family, we did this with our children age 14, 11 and 7. Staff very welcoming and friendly, excellent instructions. Tiramisu is made in small groups, each making their own cup from the ingredients. Pasta is made on individual stations, making pasta for spinach and ricotta ravioli and tagliatelle. All pasta from the whole group (approx 20 ppl) goes onto the tray for the kitchen to cook and you will be served the two types of pasta dishes along with red and white white followed by your own tiramisu.
