This something that I have wanted to do for a long time. I was afraid at first. Once I got up in the air, it was very nice.
We had a lot of fun and we felt like the agent was communicative as well. They did push our time back due to the windy weather on the beach, but we rather be safe than sorry so we didn’t mind! It was about a 40 to 45 minute ride from our resort.
Great experience and photos are super affordable! Captain and crew were great. Plan ahead, bring cash for tipping and show them you appreciate what they do!
We were originally rescheduled due to the weather, but the operator was very communicative. We enjoyed the time in the sky and had a lot of fun.
I decided to take my grand parasailing, was sure how either one of us would do. We absolutely loved it. It was a great experience!!
The tour operator messaged us 3 hours before pickup that it was too windy and dangerous that day. Unfortunately, we had other things already planned the rest of our stay and we were unable to reschedule. The operator promptly returned our money. I will reschedule next visit
First, the driver showed up 35 minutes late. This would not have been a problem except the same exact company that was providing this activity provided one we attended the day before and the driver was 40 minutes late for that. The parasailing trip advertise as being 25 minutes. Four minutes into the air they started slowing down and bringing us down for a total of nine minutes of parasailing. When I told them that the trip was advertised as 25 minutes they told me no we only do 10 minutes. A few moments we spent in the air or nice, the staff seemed nice, but the overall experience was made unpleasant because the false advertisement and the complete lack of concern of other people’s time..
Great experience. Keep in mind its dependent on wind conditions so you may not go out at the same time you get to the beach but once you are out there, its really awesome. Love it!
Easy pick up. Easy Drop off. Nice amount of time in the air. Gifts shops an restaurants were available on the walk way to the excursion.
DONT BOOK THIS ACTIVITY SCAM THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT REACH OUT ABOUT THE RESERVATION. I HAD TO REACH OUT TO SEE IF THEY WERE PICKING UP AS IT SAID IN THE DESCRIPTION 3 hours before and they told me is it okay to reschedule due to weather never heard back from them since. DO NOT BOOK you’ll waste ur money and have to fight to get back I should’ve trusted the other views about this place
