Valenciansk paella – och den här praktiska matlagningskursen lär dig det riktiga receptet, inte ett intetsägande substitut. Lär dig att göra äkta paella med säsongens råvaror från Valencias egna fält, som lokala kockar har fulländat den i generationer. Inga genvägar. Bara autentisk teknik från valencianska kockar som växte upp med att göra den. Din upplevelse börjar på Ruzafa Market, en stadsdelspärla där lokalbefolkningen handlar färska råvaror – långt från folkmassorna på Central Market. Följ sedan med på vår workshop i liten grupp för att bemästra hemligheterna: att välja säsongens bästa grönsaker och kött eller skaldjur - att uppnå den perfekta socarraten (den prisade krispiga risskorpan), använda Albufera-ris från Valencias egna fält och balansera saffran som ett Proffs. Medan din paella sjuder, njut av en sangria-workshop och prova traditionella tapas. Slå dig sedan ner för att festa på din skapelse med lokalt vin, sallad, mistela och hemlagad dessert.

Excellent cooking class where you learn what ingredients to buy at the market and the how to cook paella. It was very educational to learn how the seasonings and the foods are used. Also sangria and jamon, cheese and potato tapa are served while you are cooking. Also water is available. The chefs speak English very well and were very friendly. Dont hesitate and book this class.
Very nice to do. Highly recommended. You'll all go to the Mercat first to do the shopping. Then with the group first a Sangria workshop. Then you will make the paella with a smaller group from A to Z. You'll get tapas in between. At the end of the day, you'll all have dinner and the day will end with dessert. The staff at My First Paella are doing a great job and speak good English!!
A good learning experience about Paella cooking and local customs. A fun time with a mixed group of people. A tasty meal at the end with generous alcoholic and soft drinks.
