Normandie American D-Day Beaches Heldagstur från Bayeux

We had a wonderful day with an excellent guide! Mathieu knows so much about WWII history and especially about the Normandy area at that time. He shared detailed descriptions and stories that were deeply moving. This tour was particularly poignant for me as my dad was at Omaha Beach on D-Day +1. I brought his military pin to hold while standing on Omaha Beach, now a serene and lovely beach. We highly recommend this tour and highly recommend Mathieu!

This tour is a must do! I thought I would be bored, I totally loved it! our tour operator,Kate, was so knowledgeable and excited to share. It was a long day, filled with so much history I was captivated .

Wow! Visiting the beaches and cemetery on the 4th of July was very profound. Our hearts were genuinely heavy for all the fallen soldiers and their families, and also very thankful for those who survived and had victory. Amandine, our guide, was exceptional in her vast knowledge of the events of WWII. We thought she was a history major! She just loves the history of this battle and is a local. She did a great job driving and had advantages in parking close to venues. She welcomed and answered our questions. We would highly recommend her and this tour!!

Graham did a great job of describing all the sites and their significance to the invasion. Especially the facts at the American Cemetery by telling us about events and facts we were not aware of. He was overall very informative and great to interact with our party of four. We would recommend him without reservation

Great experience with a very good and funny tour guide , you get to see a lot of D day places and if you love the history of Normandy & series like band of brothers you certainly will love this, it basically feels like you are in the series

Wonderful experience.. very sobering to witness the needless loss of lives. This is a trip for everyone not just those interested in History Elise was our tour guide and her knowledge and insight to the history of the period was outstanding !!

Great tour. Guide was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the area and events. Visit to the American cemetery at evening taps was moving.

Very well organized and enjoyable tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We were there during the heat wave so it was nice to have an air conditioned van transport us to all the sites

A very enjoyable day, although we were dealing with war related topics. The guide Terry was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating. Having a small group of 8, made the tour more personal. Would highly recommend this day tour of the American beaches of Omaha and Utah run by Goldbeach Company. Thanks.

This was an excellent day out. We visited six sites and the timings were spot on both in terms of time spent at each and travel distances. Our guide Arthur was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a lot of information (but not too much!) It would be hard to do these sites without a guide. The day also included a decent break for lunch at St Mère Eglise which was a nice way to break up the day. Would thoroughly recommend doing this.
