Naxos är verkligen en stor ö att se allt på en day.What vi erbjuder dig är chansen att se höjdpunkterna i Naxos i en 8h turné så att du får en övergripande uppfattning vad Naxos handlar om, dess historia, dess förflutna och dess nutid. Speciellt om den norra delen av ön , att köra på dessa virvelvind smala gator är inte så lätt som det verkar och vad vi erbjuder är möjligheten att resa i säkerhet och njuta av en dag på ön. På tisdagar, eftersom arkeologiska platser är stängda, istället för Demeters tempel besöker vi Panagia Drosiani kyrka, de äldsta på Balcan halvön och tillbringar mer tid på Chalki och Apiranthos

Vår erfarna eskort på väg till platsen i bussen kommer att ge dig information om Demeter-templet och där betalar du din entrébiljett (4€ pp endast kontant) och under din eskorts vägledning besöker du först templet och sedan museum som ligger där. På tisdagar är denna sida stängd så istället kommer du att besöka Bazeos Tower, före detta kloster från 1500-talet e.Kr. och numera kulturcentrum (5 Euro pp entréavgift)
Tillsammans med din eskort, efter att ha promenerat i hjärtat av byn, kommer du att besöka den traditionella olivpressen där din eskort kommer att förklara hur olivoljeproceduren var för flera år sedan och sedan tillsammans kommer ni att njuta av en levande demonstration på den traditionella keramikverkstaden. Här får du lära dig vad som är sfouni eller rättvisans bägare.
Den neoklassiska byn Naxos är här för att visa dig klass och konst! Från busshållplatsen tillsammans med din eskort kommer du att ledas till den historiska stadskärnan. Du kommer att få se höjdpunkterna i byn som citrondestilleri för att prova citronsprit, besöka FISH & OLIVE-galleriet, PHOS-galleriet eller bara ta bilder i den pittoreska byn.
Marmorbyn är en i sitt slag! Tillsammans med din eskort kommer du att gå till torget, se tornen och på egen hand kan du gå på de kullerstensgator i marmor, valven och besöka museer som geologiska, konst-, folklore- och naturhistoriska museer. Gå inte vilse i labyrint!! På måndagar/onsdagar/torsdagar/fredagar/söndagar har vi lunchrast här. På lördagar & tisdagar (på ESSENCE FD TOUR) har vi ingen lunchrast här, pausens längd kommer att vara 45-50'
Ett avkopplande stopp vid den nordligaste kanten av ön där du kan njuta av att bada eller ta en kaffe och dessert eller bara promenera i den pittoreska byn och ta bilder. På tisdagar/lördagar har vi lunchrast vid havet så 90' paus kommer att göras här
Den mest imponerande statyn från arkaisk tid på ön på grund av dess storlek (10,5 m) som ligger på marken. Det finns 56 trappsteg att klättra för att komma dit men det är helt värt det!

Låt oss veta din boendeplats för att leda dig till närmaste upphämtningsställe. För hotell längre från Plaza Beach Hotel som områden som Orkos, M Vigla, Kastraki, Pyrgaki eller byar utanför 5 km räckvidd erbjuds upphämtning men mot en extra kostnad.

Guide impatient and rushed us through like cattle. Too many stops - some of which are unnecessary and for pure commercial reasons. There are 2 interesting village - Chalkie and another I can’t remember the name. It would be best to spend more time at each rather than many other stops that a much less interesting.
We would like to apologize as the tour didn t come up to your expecations.There are several stops because the tour of general interest ie archeological sites, villages, demonstrations such as poterry one . We will take your comments into consideration
We loved our experience. It allowed us to discover the island and its treasures. Markel, our guide, was really kind, competent, dynamic, and interesting.

Excellent tour to see Naxos villages in the mountains, several stops plenty of time at stops to view archeological sites and villages and swimming. Highly reccomend our t tour guide Markel was amazing and great thank you to our driver Dimitris!!!

If you are looking for a great value-for-money experience in Naxos, this day tour is it! Marco was a brilliant guide whose passion and knowledge really made the day special. A huge shoutout to Dimitri, our driver, for the incredibly comfortable and smooth ride throughout the island. We got to see so much of Naxos' history and culture without ever feeling rushed. An excellent 5-star experience!

The tour and the tour guide were great. Unfortunately the driver decided to yell at me in Greek (I don’t speak Greek) and slap the chair in anger at me and the family when my 14 year old daughter made one of the bus seats damp after the tour took us to a beach to swim. I get that they don’t want to damage their seats, but it’s only water, they did take us to a beach, and the drivers outburst has tainted the day for my daughter and for me. Sorry, but I can’t leave a good review after that. I have given two stars (rather than one) because the tour guide was lovely and the sites were very good.

Great tour with stops in charming villages. Interesting facts from our guide Marcel, superb manoeuvering of narrow roads and tight bends by our driver, Dimitri. We also enjoyed having enough time to explore the villages on our own.

Awesome tour to get to know parts of the island. I thought Santorini was #1; but Naxos has taken it place. Marcel was a great host and our driver Dominguez (please forgive my spelling) was awesome. He handled his driving skills with smooth precision. Each town we visited gave me memorable moments that I can revisit. Olive oil crushing, pottery making, the unfinished marble statue, and the small nuances of each village gave me just enough to where I could choose to go back for more.
