Wear comfortable shoes. Be ready for uphill climb and stairs. But the views are worth the walk. The guide Lola was very knowledgeable and entertaining made the tour very enjoyable.

We couldn't get to the meeting point pq it was bouquet Sunday and the center was closed for processions
Y por tu falta de previsión nos pones un uno evaluando una visita guiada que no has hecho. Perfecto, muchas gracias De las 40 personas apuntadas 37 vinieron, demostrando que era perfectamente posible llegar .. y sólo fallaron las 2 reservas de Víator ...así que supongo que otra reseña del estilo estará por caer. Pues si.. los domingos de ramos hay procesiones.... pero es que de normal es una pésima idea pretender llegar en coche hasta la Catedral sin encima margen de tiempo. Si reservas un tour del centro de Amsterdam o Paris ..¿ también vas a intentar llegar en coche con la hora pegada ? La próxima vez organízate mejor y te ahorras el disgusto y nosotros la reseña que nos baja la media. Bastante tengo con lidiar con estas compañías que nos cobran una comisión del 22% (y luego Hacienda otro 21) para tener que aguantar las reseñas injustas de sus clientes.
We did the guided tour with the guide Guillermo, and you have to admit that he is an exceptional guide, It was 2 hours of pure delight listening to this man who knew absolutely everything about Cuenca, the way he has to tell the stories, anecdotes etc is incredible and very peculiar. Thank you very much Guillermo, you are part of our fond memories of the trip.
This is a nice tour around town. It’s informative and lets you enjoy different areas and views of/from the old town. The guide was fantastic! He was nice and very knowledgeable. Kept a good pace.
Hola. Si la guía era fantástica no entiendo las 4 estrellas que nos bajan la media, para eso mejor no hagas reseñas. Yo entiendo que no te guste algo y le pongas 3, 2 o 1 argumentándolo, pero si resulta que fué literalmente fantástico ¿no crees que corresponde más un 5? ¿Tú reservarias un tour que en lugar de un 4,8 o un 4,9 como tenemos ahora tuviera un 4,0? Porque sería nuestra media si todos fueran como tú.
Pointed guide. He asked where we were on the visit. He made the visit enjoyable and fun making jokes and interacting with those of us in the group. It's great that someone who knows, explains interesting things to you about something you don't know. So you learn to value it more. We had a good time, he flew and we learned a lot from Cuenca. Recommended.
We loved it, Cuenca is a beautiful city and Angela, the guide was phenomenal. His knowledge of the city and the way to move it made the tour very enjoyable.

We really liked Cuenca. The visit with Viator was great. Our guide was a red-haired little girl (forgive me I don’t remember The Name) super friendly who made us a very pleasant tour, with historical data but at the same time told in an anecdotal way..... My two-hour drive was short. Thank you.
