Vi utvecklade den här klassen för att jag vann en tävling i Oaxaca med de bästa bartendrarna i staden 2016. Därifrån har jag möjlighet att göra cocktails för evenemang, klasser eller gastronomiska projekt. Jag har en YouTube-kanal och ett lokalt tv-program där vi förbereder cocktails och tävlingen jag vinner för att visa hur matlagning är mer passion än kvantitet, eftersom det är smaker som styr upplevelsen.

My boyfriend and I tried this class out and really enjoyed it! I’ve never done a mixology class before and didn’t know what to expect, but loved it. There were no other participants, so having the casual learning setting with the teacher was even more memorable.
Overall excellent. Located in a restaurant, during their low season anticipate lower attendance but its totally worth the 1:1 time.
Very fun. Only the two of us in this class with Diego. He did a nice job. Class went too quickly. Would have loved to make just one more freestyle.

Fun class, learned how to make multiple Mezcal drinks. Lots of ingredients to choose from, and had enough time to practice.
Made some basic drinks. Seemed more about how the shake the mixer than the flavor or quality of drink.

We had an incredible and unforgettable time with Juan during the mixology class! It was a fun, hands-on experience that made for a fantastic evening learning all about cocktail making.
