Complete waste of money. For over $300 per person, this was by far the worst snorkeling tour I’ve ever been on. The coral was nice, but there were very few fish compared to other snorkeling trips I’ve done. I understand the weather was out of their control and Turtle Town had to be canceled. However, instead of taking us back to shore when the ocean became rough, the crew let the boat drift for nearly an hour just to use up the remaining tour time. The strong current and rough waves made many passengers seasick, and people were vomiting everywhere. This was the most expensive snorkeling tour I’ve ever booked, yet the least enjoyable. Absolutely not worth the money. I would never book with this company again.
It was amazing! Got to see 3 turtles, a lot of coral, a lot of fish. We went to 2 spots and had a great boat ride. The food was good. It was grilled right on the spot for us. The staff was amazing.
We had a great time. The crew was really helpful and very attentive. The food and drinks were great too. Really awesome cookies!
This trip was fantastic, it exceeded our expatations! The snorkeling The Molokini Crater was quite the experience. Turtle Town, from the time we stopped turtles were around the boat. The crew could not have been any greater, they were helpful and the lunch and drinks afterwards were great! I would highly recommend the Pride of Maui for an amazing snorkeling and boat experience.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. The crew was very attentive and even provided us with prescription goggles so we could see, which we were very grateful for. The bbq lunch was delicious also. Would highly recommend.

Great trip snorkeling on the Pride of Maui. Crew was very professional and helpful. I am partially handicapped but the trip was good for me. The crew assisted me when I needed help. Wasn’t a problem. The food they provided on the trip was very good. Really enjoyed being able to snorkel.

The whole crew did an amazing job of making sure that we had everything that we needed. Very helpful and friendly. They even had a guide in the water with us to make sure that we felt safe the whole time. Lots of great food and drinks. Excellent tour and we loved every minute of it. Our family had the best time.

A great day on the pride of Maui! Crew made sure everyone was safe and having fun! We saw great coral, fish and even a sea turtle. Highly recommend! Our family included 2- 17 year old that really enjoyed it as well.

Our crew's first priority is your safety, followed directly by making sure you have an exceptional day on the ocean, and get to experience beautiful snorkel locations, with colorful corals, sea turtles, and the best overall conditions offering the best overall conditions. The water slide is great for families!
While on our Babymoon, I booked a reservation for my husband and I to go snorkeling on the Pride of Maui. I chose this particular tour because it was a smaller group size and I did not want to feel crowded or overwhelmed on a boat with strangers. It was the perfect amount of people, and my husband and I ended up chatting with most of the other passengers, having lots in common. Our captain was Caiden, who was extremely kind, informative, and entertaining. We also had crewmates Sienna, Diego, and Jim looking out for us and making sure that we were comfortable and had all of our wants and needs met. I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire trip and I appreciated having a certified lifeguard on boat with us. The snorkeling experience was phenomenal and being pregnant, it made me feel so calm and relaxed. I appreciated learning the history of the two various locations we snorkeled at and the opportunity to see a sea turtle. The ship itself was pristine, and the restrooms were some of the cleanest I have ever experienced on a boat. The breakfast and lunch that they served us was tasty, and the macadamia nut cookies at the end were the perfect sweet treat. I appreciated that they were able to offer me mocktails since I cannot drink at this time, and those were tasty as well. This experience was worth every penny and I would definitely come back and do it again.

Our new luxury power catamaran Elua was designed for discerning guests like you, who appreciate an elevated level of comfort and personalized attention our guests experience with fewer passengers. I love to read that you appreciated the attention to detail we gave to the furnishings, fixtures, and accommodations, right down to our pristine and spacious restrooms. The food and beverages are very important as well, when you are spending 5 hours on the ocean, which is why we serve a BBQ lunch hot off the grill, including burgers, chicken, and fish. We take great pride in these important details, to be sure. At the end of the day, what I am the most proud of, is our crew. Captain Kadyn, Sienna, Diego and Jim love what they do and sharing Maui's beauty with you. They appreciate that it is our guests who make all of this possible, and are focused upon making sure you have an exceptional experience with memories not soon forgotten. Although we did not make it out to the crater due to the weather, we were taken to another spot that was great. Breakfast and lunch were great. We then saw the whales….overall it was a great trip!!
Occasionally, the weather causes us to pivot from taking you to Molokini, and selecting calmer, safer locations, with the best overall conditions. Glad you enjoyed our freshly prepared food, and enjoyed the snorkeling at Coral Gardens. Its always a treat to join us during the whale migration to Maui from December to April.
