Overall, it was a great experience. Stefania and Erika were incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. I was impressed by how well they managed such a large group while coordinating a meal with so many different components. The market tour is something they should never change—it was one of the highlights of the experience. The graduation ceremony at the end is also a thoughtful touch that makes the class feel special. They serve wine throughout, the Tuscan villa is absolutely beautiful, and you even get to enjoy views of the gardens. The only thing I would change is how the pork roast is served. Instead of sharing pieces of meat from the bone, each participant should receive pre-portioned slices. It took everything in me not to use my hands to eat the remaining meat around the bone in front of the rest of the group. I would definitely recommend this class if you're looking for a memorable cooking experience while staying in Florence.

Would recommend this adventure in cooking to all ages! Wonderful day, from shopping at a local open market for ingredients, to preparing each course from scratch!!! This is for the beginner or advance cook and definitely for the whole family! My daughter and I loved it and wholly recommend .

Chris and Erica are simply delightful. What a joy to share in their love of cooking. As a group of strangers we all bonded over food and life. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful people, amazing food, start to finish! Really did not want to leave their little piece of heaven… Gracious!

Great experience with Stefania and Erika. We were able to walk through the market in Florence to pick up the ingredients for our meal. We went to a villa and made Bruschetta, Pasta, and Tiramisu. We had Chianti as well. It was a great way to spend the day!

The Cooking Class was like nothing we have ever experienced! Stefania and Erika as well as the supportive staff were fantastic. The energy the two women had made the experience educational and fun. My 2 adult children and I will miss these 2 women and remember this day forever!

It was amazing with Cris and Erika. They are the perfect couple to work together. Very funny and made it fun as well as perfect view to enjoy!! They need to work together more often!!

We are so happy that we chose this cooking class! It was absolutely worth the money and time! Cris and Erika were fantastic, very friendly, personable and funny! We did the market tour and enjoyed that, got a few samples. The setting in the countryside right outside of Florence was breathtaking! We were very glad that we got out of town. We were offered plenty of wine and even beer if you didnt like wine. The only thing I would suggest would be to offer lemonade or soda for children, not just water. Thank you Cris and Erika for great experience!

This experience was so much fun to do as a family (with our adult children)! Stefania took us through the Mercato Centrale before class, explaining where the ingredients come from and what we would be making. After that we boarded a blessedly air conditioned bus out to the hills of the Tuscan countryside. The views were breathtaking!! We walked to the gorgeous commercial kitchen, again with amazing views of the olive orchards. The class with Stefania and Erika was truly special. They made it fun, interesting, and we learned some things to bring back to our cooking style at home! Everything was explained with enthusiasm and a sense of humor, which we all loved. The food was delicious, the environment outstanding, the wine…chef’s kiss! Highly highly recommend.

From start to finish, this experience was absolutely perfect. Our guide/chefs Chris and Erika were a match made in heaven — the two of them together made the whole day so fun, welcoming, and memorable. We laughed the entire time AND made some of the best food we ate in Italy!! A special touch: I was 5 months pregnant, and I mentioned it to Chris once, and he kept an eye out for me the entire day. Since I couldn't eat the tiramisu we made, he even surprised me with my own fun dessert of fresh fruit!! I cannot recommend this enough. I literally tell everyone I know who's heading to Florence that they HAVE to book this specific tour. If you're on the fence, just do it!! Thank you Chris and Erika for such an incredible day!

This was everything I imagined it would be and more! The setting was beautiful, the hosts and instructor were entertaining, and we learned a lot.
