Matlagningskurs Marrakech

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakech. The chef was friendly and patient, making the class enjoyable even for beginners. I learned several traditional cooking techniques and got to enjoy a fantastic meal afterward. A truly memorable experience.

I had a great time at this cooking class in Marrakech. The host was very friendly and explained every step clearly. Learning to make traditional Moroccan dishes from scratch was fun and interesting. The atmosphere was very authentic, and the dishes we made were incredibly delicious. Highly recommended for those who love food and culture. And they are really good.

I never knew I could cook Moroccan food! Osma guided a small group of 7 of us through a wonderful afternoon of exploring and then cooking Moroccan food. Osama showed us how to make Berber bread and then it was our turn to cook. The demonstration kitchen was imaculately prepared with all we needed set out at our work stations. Each step was carefully demonstrated by the chef and explained by osama. They both kept a careful eye on our efforts as we went along. We made 2 beautiful salads, a tagline of chicken, lemon and olives and a pastille with a milk cream and almonds. The 7 of us sat on the roof top terrace to eat what we had made, we were then presented with diplomas and a very Moroccan gift to take home. All in all a wonderful way to spend an afternoon and good value for money

Our host Mehdi was great, very knowledgeable and English was easy to understand. He was also able to switch into several other languages, including French. We cooked 3 courses of delicious food and learnt lots about local traditions and how to use the spices with different tagine dishes.

Superb day in immersion! Change of scenery! My 7 year old son loved it! You get your money's worth... Left at 9.30 am, returned at 6.30 pm The Driss guide, adorable and very professional I advise without hesitation!

We use Menara Trip for our Airport transfer and the way they took care of us impressed us. These guys picked us up from Marrakech airport and dropped us off at the hotel. Mehdi is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The fare worked out cheaper as we booked them through Viator. They planned a whole day trip for us to the waterfalls and the desert during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We were not pushed to shop and brought back great memories. We also hired them for another local daytrip to visit the garden, palace , square market etc and finally to take us back to the airport on our last day. We would highly recommend them. They were spot on with timing too…Keep up your great work
