Turen startar från ditt boende. För delningsflyget kommer det att ha olika hämtningstid beroende på ditt boende (du kommer att informeras via e-post eller WhatsApp dagen före hämtning). Obs: Om ditt boende är i Madina kommer vi att informera dig om att träffas i ett känt område i närheten (restaurang, apotek...), eftersom bilen inte kan nå några av Marrakechs gator.
Det unika området där luftballongfärden äger rum. Du kommer att ha ditt flyg i 40 minuter upp till en timme. Ät frukosten efter flyget och kör tillbaka till ditt boende.

If you're looking at booking a hot air balloon experience in Marrakech, stop scrolling and JUST BOOK!! Youssef and his team are incredible. This is hands down one of the best things I have EVER done and I would not hesitate to do it again. I also need to shout from the rooftops how brilliant an experience you will have if you book with them. I can't disparage other operators and have nothing to compare it too but I DO know that you will experience a level of care, safety and service that would be impossible to beat. From the early morning pick up with a very chirpy Mohamed (who drove very carefully whilst being overtaken at speed by other tour operators) to the warm welcome with drinks and biscuits on arrival, to the fabulous crew responsible for the set up and take down of the balloon. Everyone played a visible part in making our flight smooth, beautiful and incredibly memorable. I always believe that you 'get what you pay for' and we were lucky enough to experience over 45 minutes flying time. The small group will give you a quieter, calmer and more personalised experience. I felt I could 'have a moment' while we were in the air as it was so peaceful. Danni was our pilot for the day and his enthusiasm and passion for what he does shone through. Youssef was a dream to deal with, communicative via WhatsApp, and an absolute trailblazer for the ballooning community in Morocco. He has extensive knowledge and a background in touring and we felt so well looked after. When we landed (smoothly!) we were taken for breakfast back at the base camp and WOW what a spread. We were treated to so much food, it was delicious and another excellent selling point! It was my birthday the morning we flew and Youssef had spotted this from my passport information, they made me feel so special and it was a birthday I will never forget. Thank you SO much Youssef and the team, you deserve ALL the success for the fantastic setup you have and your true customer care, we hope to see you again!

We had an amazing experience with Marrakesh Balloons despite the cloudy weather — it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. From start to finish, the company demonstrated a strong focus on safety and professionalism. The pilots were clearly highly trained and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the flight. The balloon itself was not crowded, which made the experience peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for taking in the scenery. The breakfast afterward was exceptional — honestly one of the best meals we had in all of Morocco. Our tour guide, Josef, and our pilot, Juan, were both incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made the entire morning feel special and unforgettable. One thing we especially appreciated was booking with a company that appeared to directly operate its balloon experiences with its own professional team and organized ground operations. Because there are similarly named companies in Marrakech, it’s worth double-checking that you are booking with the actual operator you intend to fly with. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Marrakech.
Early start but 100% worth it! Knowledgable and reassuring pilot, spectacular views and a tasty breakfast on landing. What more do you need? Just do it.
Excellent experience! We highly recommend! In our opinion, worth to pay more to get #12 max. in the balloon, not too crowded, smaller balloon (meaning easier to take off) and yet affordable. If you’re a big enough group, try a private one. Yousef was very knowledgeable and made an incredible time for us - thank you so much!
Youssef made hot air balloon excursion wonderful and unforgettable. He is able to ease any anxiety that you may have and create a memorable experience. Our sunrise tour was amazing and the scenery is spectacular ✨️!

My husband and I had an awesome time hot air ballooning with the Youssef, the owner/pilot. We have gone on a hot air balloon ride in a couple different countries, and our landing with Youssef was the best. He made everyone feel very comfortable from beginning to end. The staff who helps him is great. You can tell everyone takes pride in being part of this company. The breakfast is outstanding also. We had to leave early for another tour, so they served us breakfast early before the flight (normally it's afterward), and we appreciated this. Highly recommend this company if you want to go on a hot air balloon in Marrakech.

We paid the higher price to get in a small group of people of 12. They tried to put us in a much bigger basket “for security reasons”.

Initially, due to windy conditions that morning, our team considered an alternative balloon with a slightly larger basket for safety reasons, which is always our top priority. However, after you expressed a preference to remain in the smaller basket, we respected your request and proceeded accordingly — maintaining the 12-person group exactly as booked. We understand that you felt safe during your ride, and we’re grateful for that. Please know that we take extensive planning and strict safety measures before each and every flight. There are many days where we cancel for more than 50 people if we feel the conditions are not ideal — even if that means loss on our side. We never wait until weather becomes an issue mid-process; instead, we take proactive measures from the start, unlike some other operators who only react after the fact. This level of caution is a core part of our commitment to guest safety. We understand the importance of value and expectations, and we want to emphasize that the price reflects not only the intimate group size but also the high safety standards, experienced local pilots, quality transportation, full traditional breakfast, and personalized care we provide.
