The pick up time is for 9am and I have been in the lobby waiting sense 8:35am. It is 9:50 and still no one has showed up. There is no way to contact or communicate with the company. My experience so far in Morocco has been the WORST!
I am a single man from UK. Warm greeting, excellent experience would recommend if youre undecided. Great value for money and guaranteed to come away feeling relaxed.
Ismail was a great driver & the workers were very kind ! The hammam was very great I even fell asleep!

Don’t book never turned up . Tried to contact them no answer, spoke to Viator they sorted it out with a refund and apologised
Viator needs to remove this provider from their site. They did not show up and did not respond to messages. Locals said the posting is to a generic spa. I could not figure out the location to drive myself there. Don’t book.
It was well organised, the staff were amazing from our driver Mohamed ,a big shoutout to him, who was very friendly and welcoming to all the amazing ladies at the spar. I recommend if you want to experience the best hamman in Marrakesh 😌
The pickup worked great and the driver was very nice. The massage was carried out by a young Moroccan woman who had a complete cold and was just sniffling. Really disgusting because she didn't even have the decency to wear a mask. When I asked her about it, it was bluntly ignored. The massage lasted only about 30 minutes instead of 45 minutes. The Hammam also went only 30 minutes and was in a cold room and was performed unlovingly. No comparison to the Hammam I got for half the money in Egypt. There was no tea at the end, as it is in the description. You are cheated here, as the organizer did not respond to my complaint either. Please do not book!
Chaotic and ridiculous. There is no disclosed place. Instead you are supposed to be picked up. The driver contacted me in plenty of time to confirm the time and location of the pick up but could not or would not disclose where the destination was. Why would I send my wife and daughter off to an unknown location with a stranger? I cannot comment on the quality of the spa. None of us actually made it there.
Great afternoon well looked after there was 4 of us could hav been better taking us 2 at a time changing area wasn’t much room
