We booked this tour a few days before the alleged execution. Until the night before, the booking was pending. By email I tried to reach the organizer without success. The hotel owner told us that the tour can not take place at all because the park is always closed on Tuesdays. Then, via Whatsapp, an answer came quickly as a phone call. He explained to me that he was on the Caribbean coast and generally did not work with Tripadvisor, as they did not transfer the money to him until 43 days later and he had missing information such as nationality, passport etc and did not receive tickets until the end of the month anyway. I think that he could have at least tried to contact us so that we could have booked an alternative tour here in time. Had bike chain. Bottom line: please do not book this tour through Tripadvisor.
