Vårt fyrhjulsdrivna äventyr börjar vid Cabo Girão, den berömda "SKYWALK", Europas näst högsta klippa med en otrolig höjd på 580 meter. Vi fortsätter längs slingrande vägar till Ribeira Brava, där São Bento-kyrkan från 1500-talet sticker ut och erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över havet. Därefter anländer vi till Ponta do Sol, den soligaste platsen på ön, omgiven av dramatiska klippor. Vi går upp till Paul da Serra, den enda platån på Madeira, ofta höljd i dimma, vilket står i kontrast till de frodiga kustområdena. På väg ner anländer vi till Porto Moniz, känt för sina naturliga lavapooler. Längs kusten förtrollar Ribeira da Janela med sina basaltpelare. I Seixal beundrar vi den svarta sandstranden och de naturliga poolerna med kristallklart vatten. Vi avslutar i Câmara de Lobos, fiskebyn som Churchill besökte, innan vi skålar för Madeiras rika vinproduktionstradition på vingården Henriques & Henriques, vilket avrunder en oförglömlig dag.

Efter upphämtning kommer vi att ha det första stoppet vid Miradouro do Pico da Torre där du kan njuta av den underbara bukten Câmara de lobos, följt av en terrängkörning.
Cabo Girão är med sina 580 meter hög den högsta udden i Europa, men det är inte den enda anledningen till att den har blivit allt mer känd över hela världen. Dess utsiktspunkt, med den berömda hängande glasplattformen – kallad skywalk – är för närvarande en av de mest besökta (och säkert mest fotograferade) turistattraktionerna i kommunen Câmara de Lobos och Madeiras skärgård.
Ribeira Brava är känt för sin omfattande dalgång, upptäckt på 1400-talet, med fantastiskt väder för bananer och sockerrör.
Efter att ha lämnat Ribeira Brava kommer vi att passera genom Ponta de Sol för att beundra byn som var ett viktigt landmärke för export i slutet av 1800-talet. Efter det stannar vi för kaffe, toalett och allt som kunderna behöver
Med ett unikt naturlandskap är Paul da Serra en unik sevärdhet på ön Madeira. Det är den största bergsplatån i hela skärgården. Det är därför en av de mest relevanta (och oslagbara) sevärdheterna i kommunen Ponta do Sol. Med en genomsnittlig höjd på 1500 meter erbjuder Paul da Serra fantastiska vyer över bergstopparna och djupa dalar som markerar det omgivande området. På dagar med god sikt är det möjligt att se sydkustens och nordkustens kustlinje. Landskapet domineras dock av naturens gröna toner.
Fanal ligger mellan Seixal- och Ribeira da Janela-bergen och är ett stort skogsområde som inbjuder dig att lugnt njuta av det bästa som naturen har att erbjuda. Detta idylliska utrymme är en av de mest emblematiska platserna i Porto Moniz kommun, hem till ett landskapsarv av stor skönhet.
Vi kommer att ha ett underbart stopp i Ribeira da Janela med en stig mot en liten grotta där du kommer att ha en fantastisk panoramautsikt över den blå Atlanten.
Vi stannar vid Porto Moniz för lunch, där du kan promenera och njuta av en av de vackraste platserna på vår ö. (TIDEN PÅ DENNA PLATS KAN VARIERA)
Stanna för att beundra den underbara naturliga svarta sandstranden.
I slutet av dagen återvänder vi till Câmara de Lobos till Madeiras vinfabrik, där vi får provsmaka de läckra Madeiravinerna. (ENDAST MÅNDAG TILL FREDAG)

I did this tour in August 2026 and it was great! Our tour guide Miguel was very communicative ahead of the tour and on the day he took us to great sites and provided great suggestions when certain spots were too crowded. Learned a lot about Madeira and saw some amazing places. Would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Madeira safari and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to discover the island beyond the usual tourist spots. Over approximately six hours, we were driven through charming villages and some truly breathtaking natural scenery. One of the highlights was the exclusive wine tasting experience, which was a fantastic way to get a taste of Madeira’s local culture and traditions. Our driver and guide, Miguel, was excellent. He was energetic, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. He was always happy to answer our questions and share interesting information along the way, which made the whole experience feel personal and engaging. We also have to mention the Mitsubishi Pajero! It may have been an older vehicle, but it was more than adequate for the adventure. Powerful, reliable, and clearly built for Madeira’s terrain, it had absolutely no trouble tackling even the steepest and most challenging roads. Overall, we had a fantastic time and felt that the safari gave us a great opportunity to see a different side of Madeira while enjoying the scenery, villages, and local wine. A big thank you to Miguel for making the day so enjoyable and memorable!

Brilliant 4x4 tour with Warriors Adventure! I had researched a lot before booking and so pleased we booked with Miguel, he was incredibly knowledgeable, funny and fantastic with our 5-year-old, keeping her engaged throughout. He was a brilliant driver, confidently navigating the narrow roads while making us feel completely safe. The car was spotlessly clean too. We saw so many amazing sights and got to experience the beautiful island from a completely different perspective.
