After I booked they sent me a message saying that Goreme is full and that it will be done in Soganli & that I can get a full refund. Because of the limits of the balloons I had went ahead with it. It was an amazing experience that everyone in their lifetime should experience. I still feel that I paid too much as I paid for Goreme and Soganli. The pickup however was on time and we went up and down safely in the hot air balloon.
After you made your reservation, we contacted you and told you that we had no more seats in Göreme Valley and that if you preferred, we had seats in Soğanlı Valley. We offered you two options: cancel your reservation and give you a full refund, or fly to Soğanlı Valley. You chose the second option, the Soğanlı Valley flight. And we provided you with no shortcomings beyond our promise. We also explained the differences between Soğanlı Valley and Göreme Valley in detail. As you know, we've discussed this on WhatsApp.
More than we have imagined! What an experience!!! The combo of the sunrise with the balloons lightning up in the early dawn light were magic! The pilot was awesome, friendly, communicative. We finished the tour with rose petals, champagne and a certificate.

Very nice experience, Bekir Kaynak Enterprise Manager was the one who helped and supported me all the time, looking for all the alternatives so that I can fly in the balloon. Besides that he speaks Spanish, very attentive and friendly. I recommend it 100%, come to Capadoccia if or if you should fly in the balloon, because it is an adrenalinic, exciting and wonderful experience. Thank you very much and I hope to be back soon.

Terrible to hire a tour with Bekir from emoji tour Overprice , We waited 35 minutes to pick us up in a vehicle where we couldn't fit. We came to Capadoccia looking for a beautiful ballon ride, Bekir didn’t help I DON'T RECOMMEND IT
Hello Dear Monica, As the balloon flights were early in the morning, there was a delay in picking you up as other Hotel guests boarded the shuttle bus late from their hotel. Sorry for this unfortunate situation. But you made a balloon flight at the same time as other passengers.
I was in Cappadocia with my family last week. We were warmly welcomed. I can recommend this balloon ride to anyone for an unforgettable experience.
The attention, the interest, the place we stayed, the tour was wonderful. It’s definitely a must for an impeccable tour.
