När vinden ger ballongen riktning kommer du att färdas genom Kappadokiens spektakulära dalar och även komma så nära vulkaniska formationer och älvornas skorstenar. Så länge vädret tillåter kan varmluftsballongflygning göras under hela året. Du får full återbetalning om vi inte kan flyga på grund av väderförhållandena.

Furkan and Mehmed (pilot and copilot) have been amazing, very fun, charismatic and super professional. All the staff was punctual and effective. Extremely well spent money, extremely worth the experience.
Unfortunately the weather was not safe. We did not fly, but they were prompt and proffessional. We were served delicious coffee with breakfast pastries and water. They did not have an open space the next day, thus thay refunded me all my money. I will deffinately try again the next time I visit the area.
After our flight was cancelled yesterday by the Aviation Authority due to unstable winds, we were able to reschedule to today. From the outset, this has been one of the most remarkable experiences of my life. We climbed to 650m at one stage. The views were spectacular, including the sunrise, rock formations and the other 150 or so balloons in the air. Our pilot was extremely skillful and experienced and despite a lifelong fear of heights, I was not scared for a moment. We landed safely onto the trailer and then enjoyed a glass of champagne and home made cake. I would recommend Discovery Balloons to anyone!! 🥰

A truely amazing experience. Our Pilot Furkan and his co- pilot Mehmet were awesome- so knowledgeable and the banter made us feel totally safe and at ease. I’m scared of heights- but loved every minute. Thank you!!
It starts early and even though the weather seemed perfect, we almost didn’t take off due to wind factors we couldn’t see. Remember to temper expectations and try to plan for a re-do, just in case. Otherwise, discovery balloons was a very well run operation, clear communications, and would highly recommend.

Once we are up in the air, the experience was absolutely amazing. However, the process to get there I think could be improved. First, I was picked up at 3 AM and I wasn’t actually up in the air until almost 7 AM. I understand there are weather delays that happen often, but there was no need for us to go to another facility to have coffee and croissants for almost an hour. I just think that whole stop was completely unnecessary. I would much rather have slept in for an hour, then have some coffee and croissants. I also booked the sunrise tour but then received an email about the daytime tour and we ultimately did end up with the daytime tour even though I paid for the sunrise tour however, no flights went up for sunrise due to the wind. Despite not getting to see the sunrise in the balloon, it was still an amazing experience, and I would recommend it to anyone. If I were to do it again, I would’ve done it in a smaller group so that the number of passengers in the balloon was less. My balloon had 16 passengers, and it was quite tight, plus they had to pick me up so early because I was the first one picked up in the last one dropped off, which is just bad luck on my part.
Our family had a great time! First time in a hot air balloon. We chose Discovery Balloon because of their safety and professionalism and we were not disappointed. Overall a great experience!
