När Lyons kulinariska traditioner smiddes lyckades de berömda "Mères Lyonnaises" (Lyonnaise Mothers) förvandla Lyon-köket till en institution. Idag dominerar manliga kockar scenen, liksom den berömda Paul Bocuse, men det är kvinnorna som utvecklade det berömda köket. Vi guidar dig genom denna gastronomiska resa med passion, historia och utsökt fransk mat och vin. Ta reda på varför att äta och dricka inte bara är ett tidsfördriv i Lyon, utan ett sätt att leva. Four friends took the Lyon food tour with Ashe. We enjoyed her introduction to the food, culture and history of Lyon. The various sites had tasty offerings and far more than enough food & wine for our evening meal. It was fun exploring the Old Town with Ashe and learning her perspective on life in Lyon. We returned to some of the places we visited in subsequent days for culinary gift purchases.
