Very good service. It is a small company that dedicates personalized time to tourists. I recommend it! Very beautiful sunrise and very well attended during breakfast afterwards.

The most amazing experience. I researched which company to use and I am so happy we went with this one. Although they are a little more expensive than others, the ease of the trip and the amazing breakfast made it worth every penny! We were picked up after 5 and only had one other stop nearby to pick up two other passengers. We were in the air for sunrise and did not have to wait for a second group to go so after breakfast we were driven right back to the hotel. Our pilot Juan was so funny and informative and we were able to ask any questions we had. The breakfast was the best I had in all of Morocco. Would recommend this tour with this company to everyone!

A magical experience in Marrakech. Prompt pick-up from the medina for the half hour drive outside the city to the balloon launch area. Youssef, the pilot, gave a comprehensive safety briefing and explained everything well, both before and during the flight. We were eight people in a basket for sixteen so plenty of space to move around and take photographs. We took off before sunrise for a flight that lasted about 45 minutes - it was very serene floating over the Marrakech valley and the dozens of other balloons in the sky. A smooth landing and delicious breakfast finished off a great morning. Highly recommended.

After comparing several providers, I can confidently say this is the best choice. From the punctual pickup at our Riad to the smooth drop-off, everything was perfectly organized. Even the drive to the launch site was special, as we got to know Youssef and his inspiring story. Upon arrival, we enjoyed coffee, tea and cookies in a Berber tent while receiving a thorough safety briefing – safety was clearly a top priority. We were among the first in the sky and enjoyed an extended flight, landing later than most. The takeoff and landing happened away from the crowds, making the experience feel even more exclusive. This was the perfect birthday gift for my boyfriend and an unforgettable experience overall. Exceptional service, a breathtaking flight and outstanding value for money – highly recommended!

A magical ballooning experience over the diverse landscape of Morocco with the best Captain, Youssef. My teenage daughter and I had a magical time on our hot air balloon ride with Ballooning Experience and it was definitely a highlight of our trip to Morocco. The owner Youssef was very involved in the whole experience from explaining everything to us before the ride (and putting any of our fears aside) and he then attended the post ride breakfast and personally explained to each guest what the Moroccan food was and the best combinations to eat. It was clear he was very passionate about his business and his culture. I was very impressed with the whole experience.
