Ja, Luberon är den mest kända regionen i Provence. Ja, du kommer att stöta på turister från hela världen. Det finns över 100 byar i Luberon men målet med denna tur är inte att rusa runt och se så mycket som möjligt, utan att koppla av och njuta av de platser vi stannar vid. Vi börjar med Sénanque Abbey, där du kan uppleva den mystiska atmosfären i detta 1100-talskloster. Vi gör sedan ett kort stopp vid utsiktsplatsen med utsikt över Gordes. Ett magnifikt panorama över denna medeltida by, ett glas rosé i handen och några lokala aptitretare, jag är säker på att det kommer att bli en av "dessa" oförglömliga ögonblick.. Efter er lunch beger vi oss till Roussillon, en färgglad by full av smala gator kantade av butiker där ni hittar det allra bästa som lokala hantverkare har att erbjuda. Detta kommer att bli din vykortsdag i det ikoniska Provence, men också en avkopplande dag som jag inbjuder dig att uppleva på det mest autentiska sättet möjligt.

My daughter and I loved our day with Anthony touring the Luberon valley. Anthony was prompt, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The sights were fantastic. What a lovely experience - will definitely book through this group again!

We had a truly fantastic day out with Tom from Happy Day in Provence and would highly recommend him to any visitor to the region! Tom was very organised and a great communicator, both before and during the tour. He checked with us ahead of time about what we wanted to get out of the day and as a result we really loved every moment of our tour out and about in Provence, visiting the beautiful old hilltop towns of Gordes and Roussillon (with all the incredible ochre), and driving through stunning Provençal landscapes. The wine, olives and deli sausages along the way were an absolute treat, and we had plenty of opportunities during the day to explore the towns, have lunch, take photos from lookouts etc. Tom knows the region well and was brilliant at explaining things along the way, including the local wine making processes. He is such a nice guy and took a genuine interest in making sure our tour was the best! Don’t let winter put you off - we had an amazing day out in mid-January! We would HIGHLY recommend Tom and Happy Day in Provence!

Highly recommend this tour, well worth the investment. The guide Tom was extremely professional, courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. This was a highlight on our European trip, we will be recommending highly to friends and family. Goes without saying, but the different tours Tom has organized include beautiful landscapes and history, you will not regret any of his tours through southern France. - James

A beautiful Luberon village nestled on a clifftop, famous for its ferrous ochre. There are many craft shops and art galleries. There are trails that lead to the ferrous forests

Beautiful surroundings and views! The abbey was very tranquil and peaceful and allowed for a time of reflection whilst also teaching us about the history of the abbey which was fascinating. As a Scot it was very accessible with the tablets as they had the option for English. The reception also had the option to explain how everything worked in English. The abbey itself was gorgeous inside and out and well worth a visit.
