We booked the Cinque Terre & Pisa tour and we had such a great time! Our guide Luciano was kind and he expected with details the historical sights and he was willing to answer any questions! Also he suggested good place to eat and generally urge us to try the local food (which was great btw). We had no problem with the transportation, I found it nice to transport with the local trains instead of being in the "tour" bus for everything. I wish we had a little bit more time to explore but I understand it would take a full day to do that 😅 Overall it was a great experience!

It was an amazing experience. In 12 hours you manage to see Cinque Terre and Piza with quite some free time. It's a whole lot, but you see 3 cities in a day, so this was expected. Our tour guide was Luciano and he was perfect at everything. He helped us a lot to navigate in the cities, proposed different places to eat or drink and always happy to answer our questions. Definitely recommend it! If you book this trip on summer I suggest you take sunscreen and a bathing suit.

It was a pleasant experience getting to know part of Cinque Terre and Pisa. At each stop of our tour, the guide Lucciano explained to us where the main attractions were and gave us free time to explore the places on our own and at our own pace. The logistics were very organized, as this tour involves both the outbound and return trips to Florence by bus, and the train for internal travel. All these tickets are included in the activity. The best part is that we were a small group, making the experience more enjoyable.

The staff is very friendly at all times, especially the guide Luciano. Being a small group allows for more enjoyment and makes it easier to coordinate activities. The time at each place is appropriate for touring, and since train tickets and entry to the Leaning Tower of Pisa are included, there is nothing to worry about, just enjoy. If I were to return, I would not hesitate to do it again.

Luciano was lovely but would’ve been amazing if he could’ve given us a little more information during the transportation between the places. However he was lovely and took care of us well! The transport was very smooth and they always made sure we were all present so nobody was left behind. Nice day out overall :)
