Our guide Guadeloupe was very good and enthousiastic! And we enjoyed our tour.
Guadalupe is the best tour guide put there. Her dramatic theatrical speeches about history is on point. We loved every minute of it. She is the best.

Amazing structures and interiors from an inclusive multicultural history. Our guide Juan very knowledgeable and very engaging. Enjoyed both his guiding and company. The tour needs to be adjusted though. Sold as 2 hours but second one hour we are just left to wander around gardens with guide having moved on with few members who were doing joint tour of cathedral.
I booked a tour of the Alcazar for 4 people with a guided visit. I booked two months in advance to secure the most convenient time and day for us. Three days prior, they changed the schedule. This change with very little notice caused us inconvenience as the tour overlapped with another visit we had booked; moreover, due to high demand, we were unable to book the same visit with other tour operators. I was forced to cancel the tour and give up visiting the Alcazar. These inconveniences can ruin your vacation, so I recommend relying on other tour operators to avoid experiencing the same issue.

Unfortunately despite the fact that i booked a small group tour with a guide for Alcarez and the gardens i was put in a group of over 20 people and the guided tour ended at the arch leading to the gardens at 16.45 saying we could go and visit the balconies and then the fountains below and the gardens if we liked. When i mentioned i was to be in a small group tour (before entering the palacio) i was informed ‘i’m just the guide. I’m afraid i can’t help you’ rather than miss the Alcarez i had to follow the group, with consequent delays waiting for people to catch up - exactly why i had booked a small group. What a pity!! Perhaps i was the only one ‘small group’ and you opted to change my request. I was very disappointed . I’m sure something should be done to rectify the situation. I hv used viator before and this is the first time this has happened . Knowledgeable tour but it did not respect what i paid for

Initially scheduled for 10:30, we arrive at 10:00 to learn that the tour has been shifted to 12:30. We have not been notified by email or message and we have another visit scheduled at 1pm.The two employees on site appear to be looking for a solution "ah yes it is not normal we are sorry, we call them". We wait to learn that no, we will not be taken care of even though the guide who is to visit us is in front of us, we see her leaving with another group of French to enter the Alcazar. A little incredulous, we will ask him why the 10.30am visit is maintained for some and not for others. Answer "they paid more than you. You just have to call to get your money back" Antipathic and condescending as possible.

We did the tour “Visit to Seville: Visit to the Cathedral, Giralda and Alcázar with priority access”, and we were lucky to do so with Carolina Herrera. Without exaggeration, it was the best experience we had in all of Spain. Carolina is simply exceptional. Extremely friendly, communicative and engaging, it turns the tour into something far beyond a traditional guided tour. Its didactics are light, interactive and captivating, making every detail come to life in a unique way. Her level of knowledge is impressive. It does not limit itself to the basics: it profoundly dominates history, cultural contexts and the small details that really make a difference. Thanks to it, we begin to see the history of Andalusia in a completely different way, especially the period of the Moor presence, all explained with clarity, passion and connection with the present. In addition, Carolina took care of contextualizing other cities that we will still visit, such as Granada and Cordoba, which made the experience even richer and more complete. More than a guide, she is a true ambassador of local history and culture. We left the tour with the feeling that we not only knew Seville, but that we understood the essence of the region. Without a doubt, we would take any other walk with her again. In addition, it would be a privilege to find her on other tours. Highly recommended, a rare professional.
