Today’s guided tour of the Seville Alcázar, the Cathedral, and La Giralda was truly an unforgettable experience. Despite the crowds and the summer heat, everything was perfectly organized and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thank you to our guide, Sara, who made the entire tour exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Seville, and her way of explaining made every detail come alive. From the stunning architecture of the Alcázar to the rich history of the Cathedral and the breathtaking views from La Giralda, Sara shared fascinating insights that we would have never discovered on our own. Her friendly and warm personality made the experience even more special — she was not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to everyone in the group. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seville, and if you’re lucky enough to have Sara as your guide, you’re guaranteed an amazing experience!
First of all, I apologize for the delay; due to personal reasons, I am only now able to write this review. The value is good. This does get you around the long lines and ensures you can get in. My issue was with how they handled an issue with my wife. To get into the Cathedral you must be covered up. If a woman's shoulders are bare they require to purchase a shawl for 3 Euros. This is is small sum but it was very hot and my wife didn't want to get the shawl. She would have meet us after the cathedral and enter the palace but the tour guide and staff were not very nice about my wife not wanting to get the shawl. When I asked the tour guide where she was all I got was, I don't know. I gave the tour guide the listening device and left. I meet with my wife by the are where the tour started and we gave the her headset to the staff and left. I too have given tours and felt the tour guide's handling of this situation was very unprofessional. In fact the guide arrived late for the tour and her handling of the tour was a bit disorganized.

The tour was excellent. The sites are definitely worth visiting. Climbing the Giralda Tower is a bit tiring, but there are sections along the way where you can stop and rest. Every detail of the tour was wonderful. Crown Tour and our guide, Maria Guadalupe, were excellent. Our guide's knowledge, enthusiasm, and engaging way of explaining everything made the experience even more enjoyable.

Luis was a very good guide who has a lot of knowledge of the main places we visited, Royal Alcazar and Gardens, the Cathedral and Giralda Tower. A good easy pace of speech and great English. A very enjoyable account of Spanish history, thank you Luis.!!

In this weather its a no brainer to book 'skip the line' But remember to take passport or driving licence, I didn't!!!
