Spent a great day driving up the coast from Bar to Kotor, seeing the old town, and getting out on the water at Perast.

I was very well received/treated by the guide Alexsander, who gave us a lot of information about the country. Great driver and guide. We went with a 1 year old baby. Our trip was from Bar to Kotor, although only 60km of attention which are 2h travel by road limitation. Landscapes are beautiful

Isadora was our tour guide. She did an amazing job showing us her beautiful country. We had a lovely breakfast at the Vista. We saw both old town Corfu and Budva.

Complete disaster! Had 8:30 pick up from the port and no one showed up!! After trying to get a hold of the tour director and calling Viator at our expense someone did show up at 9:30 with no knowledge of our itinerary. He did the best he could. He did take us to Kotar and we had an 75 minutes in Kotar and the guide was fine. The traffic and congestion is a mess around Kotar with construction everywhere. Somehow we switched cars and the guide took us back to ship in her small uncomfortable car. This is not what our contract was detailed for. Do not book We did communicate with the tour and they apologized but said mistakes happen. Not acceptable. $725 mistake we should get a refund
Thank you for your feedback. First of all, we sincerely apologize once again for the delayed pickup. This was our mistake and we fully understand your frustration. As soon as we realized the issue, we reacted immediately and arranged replacement transportation in less than 45 minutes through our limousine service partner in order to continue the tour as smoothly as possible. The tour was completed as booked, and we additionally included a complimentary visit to Reževići Monastery as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for your patience. We would also like to clarify that the booked tour was the “Kotor Town & Panoramas” option, with a clearly stated itinerary and duration visible before booking confirmation and next to the meeting time details. Very difficult not to see. During the tour, several additional locations and experiences were requested, including Perast, Our Lady of the Rocks, Cable Car, and other sites that belong to longer and more expensive tour options or optional upgrades. These additions would require approximately 2 extra hours beyond the booked itinerary and would not have been possible within the requested return time of 4.30pm. Your refund request is also rejected by Viator which means you haven't carefully read what they offer to you... Regarding the price mentioned in the review, please note that Viator applies its own commissions, pricing policies, and service fees, which are determined directly by the platform. Local operators do not control the final retail amount paid by guests. With more than 10 years of experience and over 600 positive reviews across Mont Travelers Kotor, Podgorica, and Bar, we always do our best to provide professional service and memorable experiences for our guests. While this operational mistake unfortunately happened, we responded quickly, completed the tour, and sincerely apologized throughout the process. We are truly sorry that our efforts and apology were not accepted, but we remain committed to improving our service every day and welcoming future guests with the professionalism and care we are known for.
Our guide for the day was George. Native to the country of Montenegro. Spoke clear and crisp English. We spent five hours with George touring Montenegro. George without a doubt best tour guide I’ve ever had. His knowledge of the culture of his country was unmatched. Unmatched in the sense he knew so very much about the history of his country. Plus he is a great NBA fan. I forgave him for being a San Antonio spur fan. We did agree that MJ is the GOAT. My wife and I decided to stop to get coffee only the fine ourselves sitting in a super cool café overlooking the city Island fantastic. I could go on but there’s just too much to say about George and what a great tour he gave us. My wife and I would love to say thank you George for a great experience.

We had a medical emergency happen in the middle of our tour and our guide was the best. So kind, took us to a quiet place so me and my husband could talk and make a plan and get us back to the boat. So understanding.

We had an amazing day with Vladimir. He is a consummate professional with perfect English and extensive local and historical knowledge . He picked us up from the cruise port in Bar and drove us to Kotor along the spectacular coastline . A wonderful day Kotor worth the trip and this agency delivered in terms of transport , guide and at a very reasonable price . Highly recommend.

Andrija is a lovely guy who knows his history and really enriched our tour by bringing that to life! Particularly liked Kotor. Very good, safe, considerate driver who also took us to some spectacular view points. Checked in with us on what we wanted to do to see if it could fit. All round recommend for other travellers who want a relaxed, comfortable informative tour.
