Very nice area for a boat tour and a nice guide
one of the best rides i had in my life ardit was a proffesional and welcoming tour guide
Good experience and great guide, is totally recommended
Spectacular, the guide very very friendly and the amazing experience. We would repeat without hesitation
This place is a must of course! You have to do it (despite the many wastes you can see there...) But personally, I encourage people to take a round trip ferry and sleep one night on site to fully enjoy shala river (with the car parks guarded, there is no problem, and once the tourists leave you will have the site to yourself). With this visit you will not have time to enjoy: 2h to 3h on site is little! We paid €40 per person (without fruit and drinks of course ), and I came back frustrated that I didn’t enjoy this place much: we spent more time in transport than we did there ...
Nice boat trip , take into account parking. The road after it is an experience apart, no asphalt, many holes, no abyss security over 30 km more than an hour done. The boat trip takes just over an hour, then you are dropped off and you have to ,enjoy yourself for 4 hours. Lots of trash, cheeky kids charging money for everything. Good food for a normal price. Canoe hire and swimming but don't forget your water shoes. Back by boat in an hour. And the terrible way back.
Komani Lake is super nice, Shala River just restaurant and bars with loud music and bad food. Absolute touri handling and in my opinion not worth it at all. You will be driven there by the guide and picked up three hours later. I think it's pretty expensive for that. For 25 euros you should at least get some more information about the mountains and the lake etc. In many places there was unfortunately a lot of garbage. Again, it would certainly make sense to make the tourists but also locals more aware of it and possibly also just let a boat go around every day for cleaning. Otherwise it was quite quick with the beautiful nature ... Conclusion: We would have liked to have done without Shala River and would have preferred just to drive across the lake and have liked to have been told more about it. But this tour does not exist so unfortunately....
Scenic boat ride with dramatic views of mountain sides. An Outstanding boat Captain, who provided a nice smooth ride up the river.
Beautiful landscapes As planned we had no drink or fresh fruit on the boat Arrived at the river many people obviously..everything is paid ..access to the stairs..transats.10€ for a little time necessarily...only solution lie on big pebbles!! As for the dirt all over the ground and in the lake pervaded with absolutely disgusting plastics to top it all off an access by the road to koman completely smashed by the works on 20 kms ..... 25€ for not much
The trip is very nice, even fun. The landscapes are spectacular. When you arrive there is time for bathing/canoeing/walking or lunch. There are several types of boats, not easy to understand in advance: some with cars , others large double-deckers and others pagoda type for 25 people. I suggest the latter!
