Driver was supposed to meet us at our gate. Not there. Not at baggage claim. Not in airport atrium. Not curbside. No answer on first phone call. Second phone call led to a long hold. Driver would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, still no driver. Finally the driver shows up and is extremely aggressive on the road. The seatbelt stopped me from hitting the seat in front of me multiple times when the driver slammed on the brakes. And those weren't the scariest parts of the ride.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and distress caused during your transfer. For reasons that are still unclear, your reservation did not transmit to us from our third-party booking partner, which is highly unusual as this is not an issue we typically encounter. When you contacted us, our team was actively searching for your reservation and working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. As an immediate solution, we dispatched the closest available driver to the airport, which unfortunately resulted in the delay you experienced. That said, this does not excuse the frustration, nor does it address your concerns regarding the driving behavior. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we are genuinely sorry that the driving did not meet our standards. This matter has been escalated internally, and the driver involved is being reviewed to ensure corrective action is taken. We regret that we did not provide a smoother experience or clearer communication at the time, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve and prevent this from happening again. Thank you
Fantastic Company and service. Karessa was so helpful and kept in regular contact and her communication was first class. We used them four times in total having had them take us initially from Kingston to Ocho Rios and would use them again and book direct next time we travel to Jamacia. Highly recommended.

It was a winner decision to have chosen Kasam chauffeur services for my transportation while in Jamaica. Very proffesional service, courteous driver, clean vehicle and on time service. Will definitely use again, and do recommend to anyone needing transportation while in Jamaica.
Our driver Trevor was great. Arrived on time and got us to the airport from our hotel in good time. He was friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend this service.
This service from Kingston Airport to Ocho Rios was not completed due to the airline cancellation of flight to Ocho Rios and when I contacted the Viator to let them know of the cancellation they refused to let me change the transportation to the new date/time of arrival they refused the refund or change, though it was not my fault for the cancellation.
We made it! Spirit was a crazy story, but it was nice to have someone waiting for us. Worth the money to not worry about the first part of your trip! Enjoy!

Owner Omar is so professional, courteous and friendly. I’ve used their services a few times over a two week span and I highly recommend them to anyone. Drivers Shaan, John, Dean, Marlon and Chris are the bomb. I don’t have anything negative to say. They were prompt picking me up from and to my hotel, and the outstanding service continued when I moved to an Airbnb. Their customer service is just awesome and trust me I’m very picky and hard to please, but I like to give credit where it’s due. We’re from New York and Boston and will be recommending them to all our friends and family visiting Jamaica. Terrific ambassadors for my beautiful Island in the Sun. You guys ROCK
