I booked the Blue Hole and Bamboo Rafting tour with Omar Tours Jamaica after finding them on Viator. Since the cruise line didn’t offer bamboo rafting, I decided to book with Omar based on the great reviews, and I’m glad I did! Communication was excellent from start to finish. I received confirmation through Viator and WhatsApp, which made everything easy while on the cruise. They were waiting for us right at the port, so there was no need to venture away looking for transportation. Our driver and host were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The air-conditioned van was comfortable, and we felt safe traveling with other cruise passengers. The Blue Hole was amazing, and the team made sure we were connected with trusted guides at every stop. During bamboo rafting, they stayed with our belongings and kept everything secure in the van. They even stopped for delicious local Jamaican food and made sure we returned to the port with plenty of time before departure. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would definitely book with Omar Tours Jamaica again!
this was a wonderful experience. Our tour guides were PJ and Riri! They were such kind and accommodating guides. From explaining the location and history around us. To even understanding when us as tourists do not want to stop anywhere!
June 6, 2026 my family of four took the blue hole and bamboo rafting excursion. Ray was our tour guide for the day. He was with us through it all and was a very informative and pleasant guide. Blue hole was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. All those involved in the excursions were very helpful and provided us with a positive and memorable experience. They were willing to make adjustments and accommodate our requests. I cannot praise these guys more! We had a great time from start to finish!
Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Jamaica. Ocho Rios specifically and want a mix of adventure, relaxation, and beautiful views. 10/10 experience!

We had a wonderful day with Ray! Blue hole and raft tour along with a few stops along the way. He was funny, kind, patient, informative and the best host. Highly recommend this tour! Save money and get the best experience! Do not miss this if you are in Ocho Rios!
This was amazing! The whole day was incredible. Our tour guide PJ, was the best. As we drove between locations he told us facts/knowledge about the area. We had a good amount of time at each activity. PJ then took us to Linda’s to have some authentic Jamaican food and to the Taj Mahall for shopping, which was a nice touch to the trip. Could not fault anything. For the price you pay, it is so worth everything and more.
Loved going to the bamboo rafting and to the Blue hole . Amazing experience !! You got to book it and experience it yourself.
The Blue Hole was more climbing thru rushing water than expected. Was totally fine for us but might be sketchy for someone who isn't physically fit.
