I bought a ticket for €10 expecting a better experience, but I ended up waiting in the same line as those who had not purchased a ticket. The only thing you receive is a QR code to listen to a review of the place, but the signal drops constantly, so in the end, it is impossible to follow the audio. It definitely is not worth paying for this service.
Thank you for your feedback. Our product is a hosted entry with a digital audio guide, not a skip-the-line ticket. Unfortunately, mobile signal inside the cathedral can occasionally affect audio streaming, but the guide is also available for offline use if downloaded in advance.
Julio was a multi lingual very informative & entertaining guide. Very interesting tour throughout. Good to learn the history of the Baptistry and construction of the main cathedral.
Our guide was not friendly and difficult to understand. The Duomo itself was beautiful and worth a visit.

This app said that our ticket included the walk all the way up to the Duomo and the panoramic view. It says so in the part what to expect from our tour. When we waited in line for over an hour we found out it did not & they were sold out of the tour, I’m very annoyed and upset as I was very much looking forward to this as one of the highlights of our trip. You need to give your customers the correct accurate information. It was very misleading! I’m upset to say the least.

Nobody was at ticket pick up point to collect tickets so we couldn’t do the experience booked and waiting for refund

It's a really great way to get into the Duomo with the timed entrance and no stress on waiting and not getting in. Our guide was wonderful and I'm so glad we toured with her and not by ourselves.
This was a great way to enjoy the Duomo! Our guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out many things we would never have known without her. For anyone doing the tour - you can get bottled water at the chocolate store before the tour as it did get hot when we were lining up to go in.
Standing under that iconic dome was a dream come true. The organization was excellent, the staff was helpful, and the audio guide really helped us appreciate the immense history of Florence. Truly wonderful.
Don't just admire it from the pavement! Going inside is essential. The logistics of the ticket were seamless, and the audio tour beautifully connects the art with the history of Tuscany.
