Amazing time. Crew was great . Equipment was good. Riding was a blast. Is definitely go again. Love that there were food trucks with snacks too Z
These people rip you off your money, they are very unprofessional, very unfriendly, all they want is to make money out of you. They do not care about how comfortable you are or giving you a great experience
We got to the dunes, as we were still looking for operators to assist we lost 10 minutes by the time we got to them they told us that we can't go anymore with 11 am group and we will have to reschedule at R300 per person. So we ended up not riding and lost the R2995 we had paid.
Very exiting and fun, I enjoyed from the rode to the photo session, I advice people to drink plenty of water in advance, Its a bit hot in the area.
Be there on time and you will be fine . Great guys . Had time for everyone and took really good photos and videos.
This is the worse thing that has happened to me . I traveled from Ghana to Cape Town, I arrived at 8am in the morning , I didn’t even check in my hotel and went straight to the Atlantis dune, drove over an hour to the location , only to be told they are not operating . Meanwhile I was not informed and they have refused to refund my money to me . DO NOT BOOK THEM !

We were told we can reschedule as we were caught in accident on our way to the venue . We immediately called for assistance and the manager agreed to reschedule for us on The Saturday for the following Tuesday we texted and called throughout but we got no response from the so called manager. Poor communication and lies from The manager told 1 thing on the phone and ignore us to only tell us a different story on text. No one tells you that you pay more than the original price to reschedule and that information is shared with you on the email confirmation or the ticket or the booking confirmation via WhatsApp they vaguely say “rescheduling is not free” Absolutely disgusting customer service from the manager sies.
