Saba was an exceptional guide and one of the biggest highlights of my trip to Jerusalem. He didn’t just take me from site to site, he brought the city’s history to life in a way that was engaging, thoughtful, and easy to understand. His knowledge of Christian history was outstanding, but he also provided balanced insight into the other faiths and cultures that make Jerusalem so unique. From the moment I booked, Saba was communicative and professional. During the tour, he never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer every question I had. What truly set him apart, though, was how much he genuinely cared. When I ran into issues with my phone and payments, he went well beyond what anyone would expect from a guide. He helped coordinate solutions, made sure I had Wi-Fi and a way to stay connected, and completely took the stress out of the situation. By the end of the day, it felt like I had spent the day with a knowledgeable friend rather than someone simply doing a job. Saba made me feel genuinely welcome in Jerusalem, and his passion for the city’s history and its people was evident throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for a guide who is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and truly invested in giving you an unforgettable experience, I can’t recommend Saba highly enough.

I chose a personal tour of the Tower of David, and the ancient, underground pilgrimage route, etc. Saba was my tour guide and was extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, and sensitive to my restrictions. I highly recommend Saba and this tour.
It allows you to see the main places without getting lost in the maze of streets and to know the History and its different layers, for curious people.

Great tour. Highly recommend. I had the pleasure of Marco as my guide. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the Old City and just about anything else you might ask. I did a private 4 hour tour with him and he tailored the trip to my likes and preferences. He didn't rush me from one thing to the next, allowed me to spend more time wherever I wanted. At the end of the tour I felt like I had really learned and experienced the Old City in a way that I would never have been able to do on my own. I should also mention that the booking process and confirmations/notifications also was a very smooth process.
Just as advertised, this tour was fully customizable, both before and during the tour! Immediately after booking, I sent a message with basic details about us and 6-7 sites we wanted to see. I also mentioned we were open to any other sites our guide thought we might enjoy. Setting a meeting point was easy, and Saba was easy to find and right on time! At the start of the tour, he shared our tentative itinerary and asked if it met our needs. It did! From there, we headed to the Tower of David Museum, which was the perfect starting point. With timeline visual aids provided by the museum, Saba summarized the chronological history of Jerusalem. This gave context to the rest of the tour, putting each site in perspective. At each site, Saba provided a thorough, yet easy-to-understand explanation of what we were seeing and why it was meaningful. He always stated what were going to do next, and checked in multiple times to see if we needed to take a break, go to the bathroom, or wanted to take a detour to a different site within view. Although he gave us options, we felt zero pressure to curate the trip. We quickly trusted his guidance and felt comfortable asking questions. My boyfriend doesn't usually like tours because he says the guide is usually "too much" or the itinerary feels too packed or "touristy". This was not at all the case. We felt got to see everything we wanted and more, in a private, laid back environment that made us feel like locals. After the tour, my boyfriend said it was the best one he's ever done and Saba was the perfect fit. Furthermore, my boyfriend is from Israel and he was surprised by how little he actually knew about Jerusalem! We highly, highly recommend! Take what you love about all the other tours, and make your own with this one!
