However, a 40-minute delay is unlikely, as our vehicles are always stationed just 5 minutes away from the airport. On that particular day, there was heavy traffic congestion at the airport entrance, which sometimes causes short delays. Please note that airport management regulations do not allow our vehicles to wait inside the terminal area. We can only enter the pickup zone when the passenger is ready and must exit immediately after pickup to avoid fines.
