Vi är en grupp vänner som träffades på universitetet och startade detta reseföretag 2017. Vi tog examen från İstanbul University från Tourism and Tour Guide Department. Var och en av oss har en professionell reseguidelicens. Alla våra förare har ett speciellt tillstånd från Tourism Municipality. Vi är väl medvetna om att denna sektor är baserad på tillförlitlighet och gästfeedback. Vi känner resenärernas förväntningar mycket väl och vi vet hur vi ska möta den förväntningen som reseföretag. Att vara många år inom turistsektorn har gett oss mycket erfarenhet. The vehicle arrived late meaning I was stood in a carpark for 15minutes. The vehicle was old, well worn & no water was provided as advertised.
Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the drop-off destination entered in the booking was incorrect. The reservation was made for the European side, but the actual address was on the Asian side. This change was understood at the last minute. Although this was not caused by us and was outside our operating area, we chose to resolve the situation to avoid canceling your service. Due to the last-minute change, we had to arrange and pay another licensed agency to complete your transfer to the Asian side.
