Somos una empresa con más de 29 años de existencia y que valora la calidad de los servicios brindados a los viajeros y nuestra prioridad es satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Debido a una falla sistémica, lamentablemente no pudimos realizar el servicio previamente contratado, pero autorizamos a la agencia a reembolsar el monto pagado. Esperamos tener otra oportunidad en el futuro, para poder deshacer la mala impresión registrada. Estamos en constante evolución en busca de la mejora continua.
