Driver was not at the airport when we arrived. We called carrier and it seemed as though they forgot about us. The representative gave us an excuse and called a driver in to pick us up. Driver was arrived in 15 minutes and was very nice. Representative said he would give us a refund for the inconvenience but I haven’t seen a refund yet
The company and operator is very friendly and communicative. With all my flight delays that happened that day, they were tracking my flight to make sure know what time to expect me and give me an update.
