Our guide, Andrea,was excellent. A CrownTours customer service officer who approached us and asked to check/scan our tickets was not wearing a purple Crown Tours uniform t - shirt. Hence I felt uncomfortable while thinking the person might not be a Crown Tours customer service officer and might be trying to mislead me.

Isabella, our guide, was very informative, friendly and engaging. The details she shared were so interesting. As an admirer of art and especially Michelangelo, I enjoyed this tour immensely. bad, their service is terrible, it says no lines and guided tour, the visit was not guided!!!! they arrive late, they give you access, and once inside I have to contact a guide, very bad experience with your agency viator, which ends up subcontracting to another company crown, terrible experience with you all

Guy was really nice at the office. Recommended a gelato place. Once we got to the Vatican, they disappeared. There was no guide. They said go there and left. There were other guides. Not for us.
