Vid ankomst till Chefactory Cooking Academy Florens senast kl. 16.45 kommer kunderna att välkomnas av våra lärare, med respekt för alla typer av mått i den senaste DL. om hälsa och ledsagad till ett rum från 1700 e.Kr där vi kommer att förklara menyn och kolla allergier för att passa alla. Kockarna kommer att följa dig från början till slutet av klassen. Varje person kommer att göra allt, det är ingen demonstrationskurs, så kavla upp ärmarna och låt oss börja göra desserter, snittar till såser, aptitretare, varmrätter och serveringssåser, färsk handgjord pasta, ett glas för att känna dig som hemma. Efter att ha gjort klart allt? Till sist smakar vi av hela menyn med samma mängd toskanskt vin. I slutet av hela upplevelsen tar du med dig minnet av ett häfte med recept som gjorts under klassen och lika många knep från kockarna. De tillgängliga språken är engelska och italienska, det går att boka på tyska och spanska om kockarna kommer i tid till just den kursen. vegetariskt ingår.

Cooking class on May 13 was excellent. The booking information indicated they we would receive the recipes at the end of the class, however, the chef said that we needed to complete the review first and that they would then email the recipes. Still no recipes… :(

Everything about this experience was great! The food, the instructions, the quality and the company. The atmosphere was comfortable and the steps were easy to follow so the techniques could be used at home. Our teenage children had a blast and were made to feel a part of the process. Our visit was almost 3.5 hours and we had everything we needed for a fabulous meal! Thank you gentlemen for a lovely evening and an even better meal!

The total experience was incredible. We were 5 minutes late and we were able to participate. The instructions we understandable but the best part was we were able to take the recipies home

This cooking class was so much fun. The 4 courses really makes it better than some of the other classes. The instructors were great and the food we created was delicious !

It was so much fun and we learned a lot. We also wound up eating a delicious meal. The staff and the chefs who taught us were wonderful. I would recommend this to everyone. Be aware that there is a lot of standing while learning and preparing. The food. If you have any mobility issues I’m sure they would try to accommodate your needs. They were most helpful throughout our entire experience

It was a nice experience and good food. It is a group activity not individual. We prepared 4 different things splitting the jobs. The only individual activity was making the pasta. The chef was really nice and the recipes were easy and good. The place is nice but they have a three groups at the same time which made it a little loud.
