Kom och utforska de afrikanska pingvinernas fantastiska skönhet i deras naturliga livsmiljö. Från orörda stränder, berg, natursköna bilturer, lokalt rostat kaffe till de afrikanska pingvinerna.

Kör långsamt längs kusten med Bo-kaap bakom oss. Vår resa tar oss genom några av Afrikas mest posh förorter. Bantry Bay är en av dem. En förort vid havet uppstoppad i de västra sluttningarna av det världsberömda lejonhuvudberget. Enligt meteorologen är Bantry Bay den enda förorten i Kapstaden som inte påverkas av de sydöstra vindarna som Kapstaden upplever regelbundet och allt detta tack vare Lions chef. Bantry Bay har över 260 vindfria dagar om året och vilket är ett betydande antal med tanke på Kapstads vindiga klimat.
Bredvid Bantry Bay ligger Camps Bay. Ytterligare en plysch havsförort förkroppsligad av den populära vita sandlägerbuktstranden och de tolv apostlarnas bergskedja. Gästen kommer att ha möjlighet att kliva ut ur fordonet och njuta av den vackra utsikten och ta bilder av vad människans hand och naturen har blandats till ett mästerverk.
En kort 20 minuter från Camps ligger Hout Bay. En vacker stad omgiven av dramatiska berg på alla sidor. Houtbukten är holländsk för träbukt och historiböcker säger att det var här det holländska östindiska företaget en gång brukade hämta virke för att bygga bosättningar och fartyg. De dramatiska bergen som omger staden Isolerar staden från alla andra städer och lämnar bilisten bara ett sätt att komma till staden och det är genom att köra över bergspass.
När vi väl har haft vår rättvisa andel av sälar och souvenirmarknader i Hout Bay Harbour. Vår resa återupptas längs den steniga kusten via en av de mest imponerande och natursköna bergsvägarna i Kap. Chapman's Peak-enheten. Den tillkännagivna ingenjörens stolthet Chapmans toppkörning trampar från norr till söder i utkanten av Chapmans toppberg som faller i havet som en lavin. Det finns utsikt över picknickplatser och viloplatser där gästerna får möjlighet att hoppa ut ur bilen och blötlägg i skönheten med blotta ögon och / eller kameralinser.
Om turen inte stannar vid Hout Bay hamn. Gäst kommer att ha möjlighet att stanna vid Noordhoek bondby. Precis vid den södra änden av Chapmans topptur och laddad med kända kaféer, råjuicebutiker, bagerier och souvenirbutiker. Gästen kanske också vill ta tillfället i akt att använda toaletten innan den långa sträckan mot Cape of Good hope.
Boulders Beach är hem för den utrotningshotade afrikanska pingvinen. Det är också en av de enda 2 fasta pingvinkolonierna i Sydafrika. Eftersom de var listade på den röda listan över hotade arter konstruerades en strandpromenad för att begränsa för mycket mänskligt avbrott vid pingvinkolonin. Men gäst kan fortfarande komma mycket nära pingvinen och få närbild bilder om än utan att behöva stå på stranden utan strandpromenaden.
Den viktorianska byggda Simons stad är hem till Sydafrikas marin. Staden är också känd för att vara en hot-spot för färsk fisk och skaldjur. (Gäst kan också äta lunch här beroende på guideens gottfinnande på dagen)
Kalk Bay Town för Lime Stone Bay är känd för att vara Sydafrikas äldsta semesterorter. Uppstoppad mellan havet och bergen. Kalk Bay är glittrad med eleganta byggnader från mitten av 1800-talet. Man kanske vill utforska Kalkbays restauranger, konstgallerier, teatrar, kubanska cigarrbarer eller till och med marknaderna för färsk fisk om det finns tid.
Muizenberg är den sista staden längs den falska vikskusten innan han åker tillbaka till Kapstaden. En surfare tillflyktsort. Muizenbergs över 14 km långa strand är tyst populär för vanliga strandbesökare, simmare och surfare. Vattnet är varmare än i Kapstaden. Viken är grund och gör det roligt att simma och surfarna är konsekventa och en himmel för surfarna. Längs stranden finns också färgglada bytestugor som ger bra fotograferingar. (Observera att stoppet vid stranden endast är möjligt med tanke på att det finns fritt flöde av trafik på dagen)

We had a great time with Leticia! She was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us! We saw the penguins, giant waves, ostriches, cormorants. She took pictures of us and helped us avoid the crowds. An awesome tour, and great guide!

We did a half day tour of Cape Point, Cape of good hope and Boulder’s beach with the guide Nuria. It was great. Nuria was patient, funny and intelligent. We stopped in all of the places that were planned, she knew the history of all of them to tell us. We had a great time with her!!!

Very nice tour! Everything exactly as advertised and we had plenty of time to see the penguins and also had a drive thorough of chapmans drive. The penguins had babies and the views were great! The tour guide was also a local and had a lot of great insights and also recommended other activities to do around 🙂

The most incredible experience with Dona! My 9 year old and I loved our day. From learning about the different areas of Cape Town, the history, the penguins and Chapmans Peak and to the Cape of Good Hope- everything was wonderful. It's seldom that a tour guide is better than the tour but Leticia made that possible. From pick-up to dropoff the entire experience was sublime. She was punctual, hilarous, knowladgeable, and patient. We went to all the stops we were hoping to go to, everything was explained clearly, and our pics turned out fantastic. The penguins were so cute, but getting to experience Cape Town with Leticia which is a local and proud of her town was the real treat. I wanna hang with Leticia again!

This was an excellent tour to see the penguins and the Cape of Good Hope. Dona, our guide was fantastic. Seeing the penguins was great, but watching the sunset at the Cape of Good Hope was the highlight. Would recommend this tour to anyone.
