Detta är den perfekta omvägen för matälskare. En av de viktigaste inslagen i en plats kultur är dess mat. Det återspeglar århundradens historia och representerar folkens gemenskap med naturresurserna i deras region. På denna turné är målet att introducera våra gäster till ingredienserna och rätterna som gjorde och är en del av livet i Porto. Rutten som äger rum i stadens historiska centrum, som förenar de olika stoppen för att provsmaka mat och dryck är också ett tillfälle att lära känna lite mer om denna stad.

Bolhão marknaden anses vara färskvarumarknaden i staden och kännetecknas av mångfalden av färger, aromer och smaker. Dess arkitekt Nuno Valentim försökte återge byggnaden identitet och sammanhang, öppna byggnaden mot staden och uppdatera dess funktion och aspekt.
Efter maten kommer vi att använda den vänstra tiden för att besöka São Bento järnvägsstation som är känd genom att ha en av de största kakel samlingarna i Portugal. Varje panel berättar lite om Portugals historia.

We had an amazing time on our food and wine tour! Petito was our guide and we had the best time with him! He took us to some fabulous local spots that we would not have found on our own. We really enjoyed all of the authentic food and all the wine.
Ana was a fantastic guide! She was so knowledgeable and curated fantastic experiences at each stop. She also made sure to share tidbits of interesting information along the way. Our children age 11 and 12 were thoughtfully taken care of with alternative drink choices and even some bonus sweets at one of our tasting locations. This tour helped make me feel like a local. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning more about Porto and wanting an authentic experience. Thanks Ana!!
Carlota was the absolute best tour guide we could of asked for. We started the day off with a traditional pastel de nata and espresso, traveled around the city, ate some of the most delicious and traditional foods of Porto and became close friends with Carlota by the end of the trip. Not only did Carlota have a deep knowledge of Porto’s history, she also clearly has a great palate for food as everything was beyond expectation. My mother, grandmother, and I are very excited for our next trip to Porto, Portugal. Best day ever!!!

Our guide Ana was amazing. This was not a cooks cutter food tour where you spend 5 min here and gotta go. She used our interests in planning stops and pointed out other places to visit in our free time. The " " " food tour " was delicious and a true taste of Portuguese cuisine. Highly recommend this tour with Ana as your guide.
So much fun tasting different Portuguese specialties at local spots around Porto. Our guide Andre was excellent, telling us about the foods and city history, while also modifying as needed to keep it fun for the kids. Highly recommend!
I love that we were able to take the rest of the Charcuterie food back to our hotel since it was alot of food between me and my husband. Raquel showed us were to exchange our cash and was very patient since it took awhile to get it done. She took us to dinner and everything was good. Plenty of food. It was a personalized tour. Recommend Raquel anytime.

We made 2 friends today. Our guide, Neuza and her trainee Rita, were the dynamic duo and fooled us thinking they were a team who’d been together for years. This was Rita’s first food tour and she’s already a pro I hope others will have an opportunity to tour with both together because the conversations are natural and seamless. My wife and I are celebrating 40 years, and these two gave us a truly warm and fun experience. Great eatery choices and foods selected for the tour. Thank you both.
