Upptäck Europas största navigerbara grotta. Vi navigerar med båt genom San José-grottans underjordiska flod med en expertguide från området och utforskar dess spektakulära interiör. En 45-60 minuters promenad där vi utforskar hela grottan inifrån. En resa som tar dig till en annan era på planeten, upptäck vår planet inifrån med vår otroliga grotta. Med oss har du garanterad entré och vi tar dig med privat transport till grottan och sedan tillbaka. Du kommer att ha ganska svårt att göra det på egen hand. Om du följer med oss kommer du att upptäcka många av våra hemligheter och ett slut som kommer att överraska dig; det får du bara reda på om du bokar med oss. Inkluderar entré och båttur. Vi åker ut med minst 2 personer, vi gör turen med ett fåtal personer. Mötestiden kan variera beroende på när biljetterna köps. Om du kommer med kryssningsfartyg är det 20–25 minuter med taxi eller Uber från kryssningsterminalen till mötesplatsen (jag rekommenderar att du tar Uber).

Great communication from the start. We met the driver at the pickup spot and he was there early. The van ride to the caves was less than an hour and very comfortable and Air conditioned. Our tour guide, Danny, was very friendly and knowledgeable about Valencia and the surrounding towns. The caves themselves were pretty amazing! It was partially in the boat tour and we walked for part of the way as well. Great experience all around. The little town that the caves were set in was very welcoming and and all the gifts and food you would expect to see.

Boat guide wasn’t very informative. Walking part of cave tour self guided with no explanation of formations we were seeing.
I'm sorry you didn't like it, but inside the cave, a company run by the city council manages everything, and they don't let us do anything. This company is responsible for everything inside the cave, our work is outside. If you're unhappy with something about the cave, it's best to Google it or check the cave's website. Otherwise, you're hurting our reputation through no fault of our own.
The representative was easy to locate, and in the location they had indicated. Both the people and the vehicle were clearly marked and easily identifiable. He spoke excellent English and was attentive to our needs including answering any questions we had. Nothing felt rushed. At the conclusion of the tour, he was in the agreed upon location and waiting to return us back to Valencia where he picked us up. The Vehicle was in excellent condition, and air conditioned as advertised. Travel times to and from the excursion were exactly as described. He took the time to point out interesting things along the way which added to the exclusion. Advice on other activities or sightseeing was natural and never felt like pressure. We appreciated the information and ideas for future excursions.

Not quite as expected. Our tour guide Daniel was amazing (5 + stars) He was a delight, and we learned so much about Velencia from him as he drove us back and forth to the caves. He was open to any question and was very knowledgeable. On the other hand, the boat ride was disappointing. Rude travelers spoke loudly over the tour guide, and the boat ride was very cool, but we learned little. Wish they put us in boats by language.

Was a wonderful tour. Our guide Toni was friendly, knowledgeable, and was great at providing all of the info and logistics we needed to make it a smooth outing, including the meet up location and info about what the experience would be like. The caves themselves were beautiful, and the boat ride through them was wonderful. Appreciated that Toni was able to translate what the oarsman was saying, since I don’t speak Spanish very well. Highly recommend this tour with Toni of Batwalking adventures.

Excellent tour! It was spectacular to see the longest subterrarean river in Europe. The stalegtite formations were amazing. The river was clean and beautiful. I was very happy to see that the boats were not motorized to keep the environment pure and safe.

Our guide, Kika, was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour feel special from start to finish. The caves themselves were incredible — such a unique and cool experience drifting along the underground river and exploring the natural formations. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Truly unforgettable.
