Too quick of a tour yet great to do. Don’t book using Viatar as it costs $200 more!!! Book when you get into town. Not worth the up charge and plenty of options! Our guide was great!!
Bad directions to the activity. It took several phone calls before we just figured something else out. But the actual activity was lovely.

We actually received many phone calls from you because you could not find the pick up point and we helped you to find it - it's just in front of the Hotel Danieli, a very easy place to find. At the end you found it, thanks to our support and assistance, and you enjoyed the gondola.
The booking process was straight forward. But the communication with the gondola company was lacking. Got there and they had no idea about the booking even after I showed them the voucher. Everything got sorted out because i had my documentation. Not sure who was to blame on this. But there was a lot of confusion. Plenty other tours offering this experience, not to mention the ones selling it to you in Venice. It was nice having a dedicated time slot. But next time I will take my chances and go another route.

Easy to find and very accommodating. We arrogantly and they didn’t make us wait. The ride through side canals was very interesting.
