Ombord på en bekväm buss börjar vi dagen tidigt för att njuta av en oförglömlig upplevelse genom några av Kataloniens mest ikoniska destinationer. Under resan till Girona kommer vår expertguide att fördjupa oss i Kataloniens fascinerande historia och kultur och förbereda oss för att upptäcka en stad full av charm och överraskningar. Vid ankomsten tar vi en guidad tur till de viktigaste sevärdheterna: vi promenerar genom det historiska judiska kvarteret, korsar den berömda Eiffelbron och beundrar de ikoniska färgglada husen vid floden Onyar, basilikan Sant Feliu och den majestätiska Girona-katedralen. Efter rundturen har du fritid att njuta av staden i din egen takt: vandra längs de smala gatorna, njut av det lokala köket eller helt enkelt koppla av på ett av dess mysiga torg. Senare beger vi oss till Figueres, Salvador Dalís födelseplats och ett måste att se på Costa Brava.
Första stoppet är Girona, där du får tid att utforska staden i din egen takt. Promenera genom dess charmiga gator, utforska dess historiska centrum eller koppla av på ett av dess kaféer innan du fortsätter din resa.
Nästa stopp blir Figueres, en strategisk stad som förbinder Spanien med Frankrike, känd för sin kulturella atmosfär och historiska betydelse.
Figueres är hemvist för Dalí-museet, en konstnärlig pärla byggd på platsen för stadens tidigare teater. Our guide Flavia was great. She throughly explained all the highlights of each stop. We would not have been able to see and truly appreciate as much on our own. I specially not in 1 day. She gave great recommendations and was very clear with our timing and meeting points. It was already a long day but we wish we could have had a bit more time in Girona and Figueres as there was so much to see in these two cities and it felt rushed. Cadaqués was quaint, charming, and very calming to stroll the old quarter and the boardwalk.

We had a lovely time on this day tour to the three locations. Flavia was an excellent guide and tour leader. She explained much about the culture and history of Girona, and was very personable and very organized.

It’s a good overview of the three towns. I’m one day it is hard to really go in depth in any of them. Tour guide was very knowledgeable but I would have preferred more time that she was taking us around the towns. Bus was hot.

EXCEPTIONAL GUIDE: PAULINA!!! The tour would not have been as enjoyable without Paulina as a guide, we’re sure of it. She is not only very knowledgeable in history, art, culture and so much more, but she is also very skilled at communicating and presenting the information in a natural way, a smooth flow; she is funny and entertaining, so it doesn’t feel like a classroom. By a stroke of sheer luck, she was our guide on two totally unrelated tours, and we were so happy. All three locations on this tour are beautiful, we just wish there were more hours in the day to stay longer in each place.
