Glòria, our guide, was fantastic! She was super personable and knowledgeable and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. The tour did not match what was advertised. An itinerary stop that was specifically included in the listing was skipped, the level of expert commentary promised was not provided, and the advertised skip-the-line access was not delivered. While the guide was friendly, the experience itself fell well short of expectations and what I paid for. What was even more disappointing was the company’s response afterward. Rather than addressing the specific concerns I raised, they attempted to justify denying my refund request by pointing out that I took photographs during the tour and tipped the guide. Taking photos is what tourists do, and tipping a guide is a courtesy—not evidence that the advertised service was delivered. Most concerning, after I submitted my complaint, the guide contacted me directly regarding my refund request. I found this highly inappropriate and uncomfortable. Customer complaints should be handled through the company’s customer service process, not through direct contact from the individual involved in the complaint. I expected better professionalism, better communication, and a tour that reflected what was advertised. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on both the experience itself and the way my concerns were handled afterward.
We would like to reiterate that we have already responded to your concerns privately and have apologized for any aspects of the experience that did not meet your expectations. We are genuinely sorry that the tour did not leave you with the level of satisfaction you had hoped for. However, throughout and immediately after the visit, the impression conveyed to the guide was positive. Your party took photographs during the tour, thanked the guide for his attention and assistance, and there was no indication at the time that you were dissatisfied with the service provided. For this reason, your subsequent comments came as a surprise to us. Nevertheless, we have carefully reviewed your feedback and taken it into consideration. As previously explained, the tour was completed as booked, including the visits to both monuments, and all services purchased were provided. Thank you for sharing your views with us.
I'm thinking we got robbed!!!! I wasn't the guide anywhere and write a thousand times and I haven't been answered
El guía contactó previamente por WhatsApp para informar sobre su vestimenta e intentó comunicarse en varias ocasiones sin obtener respuesta. Finalmente, el día 15/1 la salida se realizó con la profesional Carla, cuya labor fue muy satisfactoria. Lamentamos el malentendido del primer día, que quedó plenamente resuelto en la segunda jornada.
Our tour guide was Adriano and would recommend him highly. Very energetic and highly knowledgeable. Direct with the information, answered all our questions, took pictures for us and kept the tour very interesting. Was not boring at all. Would definitely book this again with him and others as well

Josep was amazing. Great communication on where to meet. So knowledgeable about this subject and kept the tour interesting and entertaining while teaching us. I can say enough good things about this experience. I would unconditionally recommend this experience to anyone who wants to see these two places only. It was next to impossible finding any tour that did not include Sagrada Famila, which we had seen separately.
