Climbing Bines Craft Ale Company är ett av staten New Yorks första gårdsbryggerier! De är specialiserade på små partier, handgjorda ale som bryggs på plats med den färskaste godsodlade humle och korn som skördats bara några miles på vägen. Humlegården är en 1,5 hektar stor plantering som består av sju sorter och nästan 1500 kullar. Deras gård är dedikerad till att odla premiumhumle i New York State för den lokala bryggeriindustrin och vidare. Deras metoder är rotade i filosofin om hållbart jordbruk och miljömedvetande.
De är Seneca Falls enda gårdsbryggeri. De har varit öppna sedan maj 2017 och erbjuder ett roterande urval av bryggt öl, hembryggt root beer och ett litet urval av lokala viner. Deras hantverk öl salong är perfekt för en avkopplande tid njuta av en flygning eller pint medan du spelar överdimensionerade trädgård spel, besöka med vänner eller titta på bryggaren skapa nästa batch!
BIG alICE BREWING började tillverkas i januari 2013. På sitt ursprungliga 10-liters pilotsystem bryggde och buteljerade de exklusivt flavor-forward, engångssatser, som de sålde på plats. 2019 öppnade de sitt Barrel Room, en dedikerad fatlagringsanläggning i Industry City, Brooklyn. Den 1 maj 2021 öppnade de sin tredje plats i Finger Lakes, bestående av ett bryggeri som rymmer ett brygghus på 15 fat, taproom och fantastiska tomter. Deras familje- och hundvänliga anläggning omfattar den avslappnade och avkopplande atmosfären i Finger Lakes. De är stolta över att vara en del av hantverksölscenen i regionen.
Seneca Stag Brewing Company är ett nytt gårdsbryggeri som ligger nära byn Penn Yan, NY. Vårt uppdrag är att i en renoverad hölada inte långt från Seneca Lakes stränder stilla centrala New Yorks växande törst efter handgjorda ölsorter, i en rustik miljö som hedrar arvet och kulturen i traditionella Tyska biergarten. Four breweries is a little too much. 4 beer flights each stop. Lunch was great.

My sister planned this brewery tour for my bachelorette party and all I can say is it was everything I could have dreamed of and more! Our tour guide, Darryl, and his trainee, Allan, were hands down THE best and made this brewery tour one for the books! Darryl’s experience and expertise was evident from the moment he picked us up! He welcomed our loud group of ladies with open arms and made this experience so fun! I would recommend him as a tour guide to any and everyone! He does not disappoint! I absolutely loved the breweries included on the tour but would probably not return to Fall Street Brewery with a large group again. The food and beer were good but the venue was a little too small for a large group! Overall - I will definitely be returning for another tour!

The tour was wonderful! Our tour guide Darryl truly made the experience so much fun! He made sure we got all of the group photos we wanted to take. He was upbeat, kind, and an absolute blast! Trainee Alan drove us to each destination and got us there safely and on time throughout the tour and was so nice. The breweries were gorgeous and relaxing with beautiful views We can't wait to book another tour with Crush, and we will definitely be requesting Darryl to be our guide again next time!
