Taormina och Castelmola-turen med den grekiska teatern låter dig uppleva historien om en av de sicilianska grekiska kolonierna och dess häpnadsväckande antika teater, som används som filmuppsättning för många filmer och TV-serier, till exempel den senaste showen White Lotus Sicilien. Njut av Guide besök längs Corso Umberto med din guide. Besök Domkyrkotorget med den monumentala fontänen och ta vackra bilder från April IX Plaza. Njut av historien när du besöker den grekisk-romerska amfiteatern, som ligger naturskönt på toppen av en kulle med utsikt över havet och Mt Etna.
Efter det guidade besöket kan du njuta av 1h30'/2h ledig tid för lite shopping i de fina butikerna och souvenirbutikerna. Ta dig tid att gå vilse i gränderna och upptäck hemliga platser utanför den upptrampade stigen, såsom den tysta pubbiska trädgården. Glöm inte att smaka lite typisk siciliansk mat till lunch innan du åker!

Our guide was fun on our Taormina day trip from the Messina port. Our first stop in Castelmola was a medieval town with a beautiful view of Mount Etna and the coast. The second stop in Taormina was a highlight of our trip. The ancient theater was interesting. The town was lively with many restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed fine dining with a view that was spectacular.
We loved this day outing! Our guide Mariarita was exceptional and shared information and made recommendations as we drove for various places to check out in the area. Gorgeous views of Mt Etna in Castelmola! Her guided walking tour in Taormina and at the theater was also enjoyable and engaging. She clearly likes what she does! Our driver, Lorenzo, navigated the crazy roads with ease. Heartily recommend this tour and Mariarita in particular.
Our tour guide, Mariatta, was the best! We had a wonderful day and saw everything that we were supposed to see. She gave us ample time in Taormina to walk around on our own. We thought she looked familiar and sure enough she was our tour guide 2 years ago. She is great and the company is super.
A great experience with Katia she was so knowledgeable and took us around Castelmola, Taormina and the Roman theatre which brought Sicily alive to us! Well worth the money
This was a shore excursion for us, from the Port of Messina. Our guide, Katia, was top notch. She gave us a tour filled with passion, knowledge and glimpses into Sicilian life in the past and present along with an inspiring walking tour with so many beautiful views. Katia was also very knowledgeable about upcoming changes in Sicily that focused on tourism. Toward the end of the tour she gave us some hidden gems for a quick bite and then dessert. Thank you to our driver Jack also for his wonderful driving skills!! Definitely recommend. Thank you!!!
We recently took this trip as part of our cruise holiday. We can thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit both Castelmola and Taormina. It was very efficient from start to finish and our guide Sara G'Acomo was an absolute delight. She was so knowledgeable and brought humour to the trip and really went out of her way to ensure we had the best experience. There had been two serious accidents on the highway that day which could have cancelled our trip (many were) but Sara and the driver made sure we still had the best day despite the trip taking longer than anticipated. We also had the reassurance that they would get us back to the ship in time for embarkation. Very good value for money.

This was exactly as advertised. Taormina is especially great. We had an excellent guide that was full of useful and informative information. I especially liked that she sent us a link to a Google Maps location of where we would meet the bus in Taormina. Definitely recommend this tour
