Heldagstur till Sevilla från Cadiz

We were on a cruise that docked in Cadiz. We were picked up promptly and our driver was friendly and courteous and promptly took us on our 1.5 hr drive to Seville. There we met our guide for a 2 hour tour. She was friendly and informative, but we didn’t visit some of the main sights. I think because of the heat she didn’t want to visit them, since she mentioned it to us about other tours she has given. Then we had some free time to shop and have lunch before returning to the ship with our same driver. For the price we paid which was quite expensive, I was expecting more. I think someone could Uber to Seville, hire a guide and then Uber back, and it would be a lot more cost effective.

Overall good tour, very informative. There is a lot of free time, so be sure to either book tickets to the cathedral or the palace in advance. We didn’t do so and so were unable to see inside these attractions.

We came into Cadiz on a cruise and booked the full day tour of Seville. A private car met us at the ship and drove us to Seville, about 1.5 hours. The driver was nice but spoke little English, used Google translate. The tour guide met us in town, where we then walked. Saw the major highlights, the Place Espana, the tobacco factory, and the outside of the cathedral. Was a little disappointed not to get into the cathedral on the tour. The Guide was knowledgable but gave a rather rote tour. Did have good recommendation for lunch. The driver stopped on the way back in Cadiz so we could take so nice pictures.

This was our first time visiting Sevilla and we were so happy with this tour. Our driver, Jose Luis, was waiting for us as soon as we got off the ship and provided quick transportation to Sevilla where we met up with our guide Maria. Maria was incredibly nice and informative. She also was very flexible based on the needs of group which made the experience that much more private and customizable. She also took beautiful pictures of all of us as a group which we greatly appreciated. The guided part of the tour was very informative and afterwards we had more than enough time to shop around. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn the history of Sevilla and have some free time to shop/eat on their own time.

Seville has been one of our dream destinations for quite some time and at the time did not disappoint with this tour starting from Cadiz cruise port. Communications in advance were meant to reassure, but unfortunately not very detailed or informative. We met our guide Mila in Seville where we learned a lot about the history and sights around the Royal Palace and the Cathedral during an easy walking tour. Mila was considerate and made our day memorable by telling us stories in a lively and entertaining manner. What we didn‘t realize as newbies to Seville who unfortunately due to circumstances also didn‘t do much in-advance reading about this city, however, was that there were so many more sights worth seeing and the two-hour guided tour was not nearly enough to see even a fraction of it all, even if it were just from the outside. Had we known this, we might have used some of the free time we were offered after the tour to see some of them relatively nearby instead of returning to the ship early by car as the free time seemed to only offer the means to stroll the streets for soaking up the atmosphere, shopping and/or having lunch. Alternatively, I think the tour operator should have offered to include a short guided city tour by car in addition to the walking tour in the center so people who can‘t walk too far can still see more of this stunningly beautiful city. The driver himself did not speak English and only dropped us off resp. picked us up at a central location. Or at the very least, we could have been provided with a tourist map for our guide to point out other highlights that we could have walked to on our own (my mother was in a wheelchair, but pushing the wheelchair was not too bad in Seville). Although we did enjoy ourselves on this tour, I must say that in hindsight I‘m a little disappointed that the tour covered so little of Seville‘s highlights without even giving us the choice to see more which is what I usually expect with private car tours - one big advantage is that you can tailor them according to your needs and interests, making them worth their relatively expensive rate. Here, it was three hours of free time or less after the tour, but no information on what to do or where to go except having lunch or something like that which we didn’t want. So if you do this tour as a first-timer to Seville, be sure to prepare yourself to get out the most of it, otherwise you might have some regrets even though you enjoyed the tour itself.

Beilin was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable about the area of Sevilla. We were picked up by our driver at the port and had approximately an hour fifteen minute ride. We had a light lunch in Sevilla near the end of the tour

The driver greeted us at the hotel entrance, checked in throughout the day, and was always courteous. Our Sevilla guide infused history with passion and local quirks. Free time for shopping and a quiet coffee before returning to Cádiz rounded out this exceptional visit.

From Cádiz pickup to Sevilla drop‑off, professionalism defined every step. The city tour was paced perfectly guide spoke fluent English, covered all legend‑filled history, and answered questions happily. Free time was ample and allowed us to soak in the vibe before our return journey.

We had our teenage kids along and they were captivated. The driver managed logistics effortlessly, and our guide connected the historical sites with fun anecdotes the whole family could enjoy. Two hours of guided tour, and later free time helped us explore at our own pace
