The falls were stunning. It looks so much better in person than what the pictures show. Yousef was an amazing guide, and if you have him you are lucky. If you go on this tour, DO NOT swim in the water, as it is very dangerous to do so.

Superb day trip to the Ouzoud waterfalls, a beautiful place to visit at least once during your stay in Morocco, located 2 hours by car from Marrakech. The second highest waterfall in Africa (110 meters high, after all!), the place is simply breathtaking. Even more impressive when you get closer in a small boat provided during the excursion, the spot is just amazing. A walk from the top of the waterfalls down to the base with a visit and discovery on foot of an argan oil cooperative, with monkeys present throughout the route. A magical place surrounded by shops and restaurants. For me, the best place to visit if you are staying in Marrakech.

A big thank you to Hachimi, a passionate, friendly, and humorous guide, who introduced us to Moroccan culture and the history of the Amazigh people through fascinating explanations. We also appreciated his awareness of environmental protection and respect for this unique ecosystem. Special mention to Mazozi, our driver from Ando Travel, for his professionalism and impeccable driving. An outstanding team that greatly contributed to the success of this day!

We took the self-guided tour to the waterfalls and I would not recommend it. The trails are not well marked at all and we even got lost along the way. The guided tour requires an extra €3, but honestly, considering that there is no clear return schedule and you never know when the tour actually ends, it should already be included in the price. Otherwise, the self-guided option simply does not make much sense. The organization was terrible. Nobody gave us a clear departure time, some people told us 3:00 PM, others said 3:30 PM. We arrived at the meeting point at 2:30 PM just to make sure we wouldn’t miss it. Even the driver couldn’t tell us the exact departure time, even at 4 PM. Later we found out that we were waiting for two different guided groups to return to our bus and apparently the departure wasn’t based on a fixed schedule at all, but on when everyone came back. So if you choose the self-guided option, you basically have no idea when you’ll actually leave. On top of that, the driver only spoke French and could barely communicate in English beyond a few basic sentences, which made the situation even more confusing. As a result, we ended up waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes for departure. In the end, we departure at 5:10 PM, which also significantly delayed our return to Marrakech. I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience, the lack of professionalism, organization and the overall treatment of customers. I have never experienced anything like this before. This was by far the most disorganized tour I’ve ever experienced, and I definitely do not recommend it.

Good value for the transfer and guided tour. Tour guide was really knowledgeable, friendly and told us a lot about the culture and ecology. However, the advertised free time if you didn't want the 'optional' lunch was a real let down - ushered into the restaurant and, only when asked, told yes we could go for a walk instead but wouldn't specify how long we had or where to meet the bus. So basically great tour if you want the lunch, not sure much if you'd like to go for a walk.

He accompanied us for a full week on various tours (Agafay, Ourika etc.) and day trips, and everything was perfectly arranged. He drives a comfortable 12–14 seater van and always made us feel safe on the road. His driving style is calm and reliable, which is very reassuring in Marrakech’s busy traffic. Khalil really stands out for his helpfulness and flexibility. He is always willing to adapt plans and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. He speaks several languages (French, Italian, and Spanish). His English is still improving, but with translation apps communication was absolutely fine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and flexible driver to explore Marrakech and the surrounding areas!

What a slap!!!! Beautiful place. Yeah. And special mention to Mohamed. Our guide during this experience. This young man is really good. His performance was so appreciated that we told him at the end of the day. It was perfect nothing to say.

We didn’t get off to the best of starts as our names weren’t down on the list when a minibus from the company arrived so after a quick what’s app message a private minivan came to pick us up . It transpired that we had been forgotten about so there was slight panic initially. The minibus we should have been on hadn’t turned up at all. In fairness it was addressed very quickly and we were taken half way in the private minivan and the driver was very apologetic.. once we got to the falls we were met with our guide Youseff who was friendly & very engaging. We enjoyed our time with him & he made the whole trip worthwhile. We had a spectacular day & didn’t feel rushed at all. We stopped off for lunch at an amazing viewpoint of the falls & it was delicious. Plenty of time to relax. Thank you so much we will never forget this trip.

Abdelaali was very informative and entertaining. He educated our group on numerous subjects as we navigated the trails. If he’s your tour guide, you will enjoy yourself. No worries.

It was a very nice excursion, the very quiet trip until you reach the waterfalls. Then there a guide we already had hired made the tour, the guide was very friendly showed us each place to take the best photos. Monkeys are lovely. The scenery is beautiful and the waterfall impresses quite a lot. The boat ride was really fun. Then we stop to eat next to the waterfalls. It is an excursion that you can not miss in case you go to Morocco.
