A trip with my daughter for our birthdays, we were nervous about trying to take the metro to our accommodations. Aziz was wonderful to us! Friendly, calm, great conversation and translating app he showed us since our French is not great!
Fouad was a wonderful driver. He was prompt and communicated well. I would use this company again. It was very helpful.
Lorenzo met us in the lobby, friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and provided a car seat for the young child. He navigated traffic well, and got us right to the hotel door.
The pick up from the airport was a little confusing as it was very crowded but we figured it all out. Going to the airport from the hotel was amazing ~ our driver was early and so were we so it was a win win!
After paying the $151 for a 30 min ride, this company tried to fleece me out of more via text - scam
We're sorry you felt that way. Your pickup was confirmed for 4:30 AM, and our driver waited until 5:00 AM, well beyond the complimentary grace period (15 min-max). Although the booking could have been marked as a no-show under our policy, we chose to provide the service. We explained that if you required an additional hour of waiting, it would involve an extra charge. Alternatively, we suggested leaving a tip for the driver as a gesture of appreciation for waiting beyond the allowed time before marking the reservation as a no-show. We really apologize if this gave you the wrong impression. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the 5-star service we always strive to deliver.
The driver was nice, but he said it was because of traffic. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes for him at the airport.
If you need transport to or from either Paris Airport, this is definitely the company you will want to hire. We have had the good fortune of using them for a number of trips to and from CDG and they have gone above and beyond simple transport every time! Not only are they prompt, courteous and professional, but they are also patient and extremely helpful. The last time we arrived at the airport, we had requested to be picked up an hour after our flight so we could meet the other half of our party at the Sheraton, accessible from inside the airport, before departing. We found our driver, who had been patiently waiting for us, then he helped us find our other two family members, which was not his responsibility. At one point, he took charge of my rolling suitcase himself as we went to our rendez-vous point. He was so very kind in shepherding us to where we needed to be. I can't thank Leo Jasso Company enough for the reliability, dependability and kindness trip after trip.
My driver was waiting for me at arrivals. very efficient. good driver. would book thru viator again.
Everything went off without a hitch; the driver was waiting right outside the baggage area with a sign. He was very pleasant and the vehicle was comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for our suitcases. Very professional.
Airport pick up— we got through Customs quickly and we were in the passenger pick up area , there were very few people waiting for passengers when we arrived. Our driver was not there, we walked around checking the different signs that other drivers were holding and never saw anything with our name on it. We waited for at least 1/2 hour and texted then company, shortly after our email the driver called and said he was at his vehicle and would come escort us to the vehicle. He said that he had been in the passenger pick up area and never saw us so he went back to the vehicle to wait. He offered to assist with our luggage and when we declined he said ok, turned and started walking with us following about 10-15 feet behind him. He did pick up and put the luggage in the back of his vehicle. He removed our luggage and insisted on taking it into the hotel lobby when we got to our destination.
